California Closets, Berkeley

We had a great experience with California Closets. Monika was patient and accommodating designer who worked with what we wanted and came up with great designs. Michael and Miguel came into our home and built our four closets gracefully. They were professional, quick, and very polite. We love our closets and are impressed with the experience overall.

Sadii Byrd designed a beautiful and functional home library for me. She considered how I had it set up originally and how I used the room, then offered suggestions on customizing storage, lighting, etc. She chose materials based on colors I liked and the style of the rest of the house, and I didn’t need to make any changes. The installers were perfectionists, came on time and did a great job. They cleaned and polished everything so I could start putting the books in as soon as they left. It was a very positive experience from beginning to end.

I had a an excellent experience with California Closets. Monika designed beautiful utility closets and a food pantry to fit nicely into our space. She recommended a great great contractor to break down our old space in only 2.5 hours! The people who installed the closets were very professional and efficient, even touching up the paint after they were finished. I would recommend California Closets to anyone. (Score 10 out of 10)

Katie Milton is our designer and she was very professional and helpful with what we wanted! She designed our home office, media center for our living room and master bedroom. She designed our master closet and our daughter's walk in closet, too. We our so happy with all the projects! The install service was great, too! Katie is pretty awesome! I definitely recommend her if your looking to do a home office, media center or closets.

Joni Lorber did the design and measuring. She was helpful with her suggestions and listened to my concerns. Jesse did the install and was perfect ... there was no mess as promised. It was smooth ... all went as promised, even with a follow-up call by Joni to make sure all was OK. Now I have a beautiful, usable closet!! Thank you!!!
