Canopy Floors and Interiors

I'm not sure who runs this operation, but I can tell you as a new customer, the service I have recieved was less that terrible. Sadly I learned the hard way and did not hear about the poor service this business provides until after I spent money here.

Canopy totally redid our floors in the 1. living room, 2. kitchen, 3. dining room, 4. laundry room, 5. walk-in closet. 6. Bedroom, 7. kitchen Island Let me say that this is the most phenomenal company on Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville and all parts between!! We had them lay "shaw" waterproof carpet in our bedroom. The installer was amazing, he moved the furniture, laid the carpet, and moved the furniture back! He even noticed that the Mirror on our Bureau was loose and not attached correctly....and yes he fixed it! He only charged me a smile!!!! We had the floors redone with waterproof Vinyl planks of the highest quality...the crew was absolutely amazing!!! They leveled the floors because we had both carpet and tile in adjoining spaces...they installed a power outlet in the floor....and when they were done...not only were we amazed and pleased, but the experience was awesome! If you have redone floors, then you know that it can be quite painful to move furniture, dust flies everywhere (and not that easy dust...we're talking that FINE DUST you get from concrete and flooring and you are displaced for days! NOT WITH CANOPY!!! They put up dust barriers, used vacuums as they worked, and insured furniture was moved carefully. The crew was full of smiles and tremendously contagious awesome attitudes! They moved furniture STRATEGICALLY so that we could easily get to living spaces, bathrooms, etc...NEVER left us until they asked if we would be OK with everything! They moved furniture back, vacuumed, painted, and when they were done....you couldn't even tell they were there! They also did the walls on our kitchen island/counter. It was about 8 feet long with drywall and paint from original build. They came up with the idea of using left-over flooring to cover all the drywall on the island to make it scuff proof, maintenance free, and paint free. If you have a counter/island then you know that people sit at the barstools and invevitably scuff the wall under the counter. If you have grandchildren or young kids...you know that no matter how much you try...you will be washing the scuff marks off, and eventually just having to repaint!!!! Well...NOT US. The flooring was wrapped around the counter professionally and it absolutely looks AMAZING!!! It's maintenance free, paint free, scuff free, grandkid and child proof and all we do is dust it!!!!! It looks beautiful!!!! The price was unbelievable, the carpet and planks were amazingly priced....and the service/install was absolutely FLAWLESS!!!! You may find a lot of companies here in NE Florida that does this kind of "work"...but YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYBODY that does it better/cheaper/cleaner and with a SMILING crew more than CANOPY!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR....STOP LOOKING..GETTING ESTIMATES...AND SHOPPING AROUND...JUST CALL CANOPY!!!! If you want to see photos of what they did for us...let me know!

I am thoroughly pleased with the total kitchen remodel that Canopy did for us. It was a project that included removing walls, demolishing the old kitchen and a closet, and replacing everything from flooring to ceiling. I have to admit the process was smoother than I had expected, having remodeled another home previously. They listened to my needs, and we got the design perfected before beginning the demo. Once all appliances arrived, the demo went quickly and neatly. They took precautions to keep my home clean and orderly during the process. I had requested that I have approval over finishing details (I am a designer by trade, just not an interior designer). I couldn't be happier with the communication, the process and the final result. I have gotten so many compliments on my new kitchen and it has made my home more user friendly.

Art and Patti are fantastic from the moment you meet them. They keep you informed every step of the way. They did a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel for me including raising the ceiling and re-wiring everything. They meet their deadline with ease and if something happens, they let you know immediately. The store is one stop shopping which is nice when you are trying to manage from a distance. I would not hesitate to hire them again for anything! Communication is key in renovation and they nail it!!

Great job. So happy with our new shower. The tile is beautiful and everyone was so professional and prompt. We highly recommend these folks.

excellent job from start to finish. they were efficient, courteous. Brian crew were fantastic. They were om time, and broom sweep when we were finished. We love our new floor
