Capizzi Home Improvement was established in 1976. We are a complete interior and exterior remodeling and restoration company. We offer a complete remodeling service from design to completion. We are a family owned and operated company, dedicated to the highest quality of service for our customers. We pride ourselves as a company, which sets standards rather than following them, while also maintaining the highest business ethics. We conduct our business professionally and honestly with integrity and compassion for our employees and customers. Our mission has always remained the same, to serve the needs of our community with quality service and excellence; we accomplish this by always providing the best materials, workmanship, and courteous service that our customers deserve.

We have had 5-6 projects done by Capizzi over the years, easily totaling over $100,000. They have always done a good job, however they were always the more expensive choice. This past time however, they were just plain dishonest with the billing - adding on several thousand dollars which they refused to itemize. Gary G. the project manager, talked in circles in response to our questions, first citing corporate confidentiality when asked about the billing. Tom Capizzi seems like a nice guy but I doubt that he is aware of what his project manager is doing, and if he is, shame on him. They had plenty of opportunity to make things right with us but did not do so and I can not continue to work with a company that is outright dishonest. I cannot recommend this company. Their work is good but they are more interested in squeezing every last dollar out of their customers than their reputation or generating repeat business. This is sad because they were a good, but expensive company, once upon a time. Greed ruins everyone I suppose.

We hired Capizzi home improvement and were overly happy with our results. We highly recommend them for their team approach, their attention to detail and the quality of work. The project was finish on time. The owner Tom Capizzi personally walk through the house when it was finished to make sure that we were happy with the results.
