Welcome to Casa Mexicana Imports. Since 1989 Owners Kay and Tim Hine have Specialized in collecting Unique one of kind furniture pieces and Mexican doors which are repurposed into furnishings, gates or interior doors for over 30 years. They also offer Spanish Colonial style furnishings, artifacts and decor accents from Mexico. The furniture is made from a variety of indigenous hardwoods. Our handcrafted dining tables feature lustrous finishes and handsome proportions, including 2 to 3 inch thick tops. Beyond furnishing they carry lighting, wrought iron, copper table tops, pottery, Mexican artifacts, relics and devotional art. With over 30 years of experience and travel they have found many unique treasures and one of a kind pieces and are still hunting, bringing clients back time and time again. I have worked with the owners of Casa Mexican several times. They are very helpful and accommodating. They even made arrangements to have a large bed made in Mexico, fine tune it and deliver it to my home. I continue to shop at their store on a regular basis. My good friend recently purchased very unique one of a kind piece of art for her home.

Love this store! Unique, one of a kind items that we had them shape and finish to our taste. Tim has vast experience with this and has the inventory to suit. Including designing two separate tables that are cleverly designed to come together to make a single. We have purchased multiple tables, gates, great couches and design elements for our home.

Casa Mexicana has a superb inventory of contemporary and rustica products and materials to enhance any setting. Their workmen are able to design and fashion unique, stand-alone accessories that have enhanced our home beyond on our expectations. Their ability to listen to a client, offer suggestions and solutions then execute beyond one's expectations is second to none. Casa Mexicana has been involved with many aspects of our remodeling in 2006 and continue to be an excellent resource as new ideas come to mind. Most recently they were instrumental in helping us redo our kitchen. We have always received more than our money's worth from everything purchased at Casa Mexicana.

Casa Mexicana built an absolutely stunning front door for our house. We now get to walk through a work of art. Actually we get to walk through two works of art as they also built the ridiculously beautiful gate that opens to the patio in front of the absolutely stunning front door. Kay and Tim are fabulous to work with. They are lovely people and have exquisite taste. Their showroom in Thousand Oaks is an absolute treat. They have amazing things in stock and, if you can't find it there, they will build it!

Kay and Tim do an excellent job curating items for their store, bringing in very unique and special finds. Their new showroom in Newbury Park has a huge selection of wonderful things, including awesome antique doors from Mexico. One of a kind showroom and inventory with a wide range of rustic to artisan. The shop managers proved to be a delight to work with, sharing their creativity and knowledge. I've worked with Casa Mexicana on projects ranging from contemporary to traditional often finding the piece the compliments the architecture, from antique doors to refined copper clad table tops the product is undeniably authentic and unique. I highly recommend visiting the showroom for the inspiration alone.
