Carolyn's Interior Design, multiple-award winning background stems from a long time love of all things design. With 30+ years of experience and my passion for style has followed me and grown in every aspect of my life. Connecting to the design field in one way or another while following my husband all over the world with his military career has been a challenge but it’s probably what developed my success. As a matter of fact while living in Washington DC I was directly in charge of designing the furnishings for a very important new department of the government. I was both honored and privileged to accept the opportunity to take care of them. It was a massive undertaking and needless to say the large projects do not scare me. In fact, I LOVE them! Convinced that this is what I am meant to do I unknowingly hunt out what I love and the thrill of a hunt is more than intriguing to me. Some would say I’m obsessed! (Please don’t ask my husband….shh…) At the end of the day I visualize beautiful things coming together to create the end result. After 30 plus years in the fashion and design industry my expertise in Design Project Management leads me to Residential or Commercial projects. Finish selections such as paint, tile, lighting, plumbing and flooring all the way to the delivery of the furnishings, accessorizing and installation of the window treatments makes me feel accomplished. An eye for detail as well as visualizing the big picture are both essential. My customers love having the comfort level of my knowledge and experience.
