These folks are fantastic! My wife and I looked long and hard for someone to tear down our old deck and build a 4-season sunroom. Everything, from the initial planning stages to the last-minute touches, were made easy by David Ison and his team. What a great bunch of guys. Every one of them was courteous and professional, and we got to thinking of them as family. David didn't mind us adding on to our project, and even had suggestions along the way to make things better or save us money. We also had them re-roof our house, and add a front porch extension, complete with barrel roll. They also painted the interior of our home. Our home shines like new. Incredible job. Basement was unfinished (approx 907 sq feet). Completed walls, floors, doors, painting, trim, stairs. Couldn't ask for better work. His workers were professional and excellent at what they did. Will definitely use David and his team for future work.

We first hired David in 2016 to repair our deck (treads and rails) and apply stain. He was very reliable and responsive to our needs. The project cost was also very reasonable. The job was completed quickly and without hassle. We loved our experience with David so much that we hired him again in 2017 to finish our walk-out basement. David's estimate beat all other estimates we obtained for the same specifications. He is incredibly easy to work with, makes the process as stress-free as possible, and goes that extra mile to ensure you are happy. The quality of the work is top-notch and we plan to enjoy our deck and basement for many years to come!

We could not be happier with David Ison and Central KY Home Improvements! (859-583-5549 is the correct number) We had a deck and front porch that were 25+ years old and needed to be rebuilt. He has an incredible design, had great suggestions and improved upon what we had before. We now have an incredibly solid and beautiful deck and porch! He worked with us to accommodate any special request and made sure his guys corrected any issues, even ones we did not notice. The job site was cleaned, even sent someone back with a magnet to make sure no nails! He was dependable and easy to work with. Prices very reasonable and cannot be beat for quality of work.
