That’s why before we design your closet we sit down with you and discuss your every need. We will carefully inventory your current closet and design an organizational system that offers a place for everything. Once that’s done, we will help you take cues from your home to stylize your closet so that it becomes a perfect accent to the room. Our designers are highly trained to listen and work with you to collaborate and create a completely personalized system that meets your storage, aesthetic, and investment needs. We custom cut all the parts in our local factory in Elk Grove Village, IL and then our professional and experienced installers put to life the designs in your home! We love working with all manner of professionals - builders, interior designers, decorators, general contractors, real estate agents, home re-modelers and other professionals to collaborate with regards to storage, design and installation projects throughout the home or office. We want to be your referral source for custom organization storage solutions! Closet Factory Designers, Installers, and our entire staff strive to do the best possible job, and are always sensitive to the needs and requirements of property owners, as well as mindful and respectful of the work of other contractors working on site, working as cleanly and quietly as possible, and leaving the work site in "move-in" condition! Excellent results! I can’t spell highly enough about Closet Factory North Chicago. We worked directly with our designer Trish Elliott. She listened to what we would like to accomplish with our new closets and offered great suggestions. Her plans were thorough and spot on! The installation process was seemless and Rich did a great job!

I worked with Christie in the past and it was a pleasant experience. Recently, I acquired work for a Master Suite and I knew I had to work with her again. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and an expert in her field. She was genuinely interested in making sure all the details were correct and spent extra time make sure the client would be happy with the result. Not only that, but Closet Factory has a beautiful showroom and offers a huge variety of material. I highly recommend Christie and the Closet Factory and will continue to work with them in the future.

I had Closet Factory design a custom wall unit with shelves and drawers to fit around my teen son's bed, like a Murphy bed unit, sort of. It turned out exactly how he envisioned it. We worked with Christie and she was very helpful and knowledgeable with color selection, space planning and other details. The installers finished earlier than expected, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. We're very pleased and would recommend Closet Factory!

Simply a 5 star quality job performed by Christie and the Closet Factory.... After spending the better part of 16 months personally redesigning and building a new floor plan of our second floor, I wasn't willing to accept average work. The new floor plan created space for a new master walk-in-closet . I reached out to two popular closet companies (CBD and CC) who sent over sales consultant/designers to work with our space. Once the quotes were received, it was clear many compromises needed to be made. Pricing wasn't close and options were limited. We have one doorway that left a 13.5" wall depth the entire length of the closet. Both designs were ok, not spectacular. I almost made the mistake of going with CBD but decided to check their reviews first. Scary! After talking with that rep and voicing my concern with these reviews and their deposit policy, I decided to take a pass as with almost full payment prior to the work being done, it left me feeling vulnerable. That said, we met our designer Christine Share and immediately knew we were on the right track. She did a fantastic job listening to what we liked or wanted and customized the dimensions to work with our space. She showed us the team in the back fabricating and cutting someone's deign. They build to order and you have a choice, not just "you can pick 12",14", or 16". They'll build it at 13 3/8 or whatever it should be to maximize the space. This is exactly what we were looking for! We ultimately went back several times before deciding on the final product and each time we were met with a smile and willingness to put in whatever time and energy was needed to make our design exactly what we wanted. The end result is beyond our imagination and expectations. You won't go wrong with Christie and her team, stop by their showroom in Elk Grove village and see why their options and choices make the difference!

They all took a vested interest in my project and made sure the end result was perfect for me. The materials were of a high quality , the price was reasonable. I am amazed they were able to get all my ideas for the space in into the design plan. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I highly recommend using CLOSET FACTORY CHICAGO.

We had Closet Factory- Chicago North to our house. We were looking to improve our mud room closet and my husband’s closet. The mud room closet was a disaster of coats and shoes. The space was now having to accommodate 4 adult sized people! Our designer Cheryl came in and showed us how we can use the space to the maximum but more importantly organize the contents. After providing many ideas we agreed upon a design that was half shoes and a double hung coat rack. My husband’s closet needed to adjust to the many parts of his daily life. He is a tall man that likes his clothes hung. With Cheryl’s deign we were able to double his hanging space and get all his shoes (size 14!) on shelves. With all of the cool features available (built in tie racks, built in belt racks, and a valet rod) his closet is bright and organized. On installation day the installer came got to work. He had to set up in the garage because the weather was bad. He got right to work starting with the mud room closet and then my husband’s closet. The install took a full day, and it was worth it. The closet space that Cheryl designed was perfect! I can honestly say the closets make me happy! Especially the mud room closet- we are all using it multiple times a day. Everything has a place and it has been super easy to maintain. Our closets went from fine to fantastic and functional. I had a great experience using Closet Factory- Chicago North, and would use them again!

I truly love my closet! It is so easy to find everything, and now when I have to get ready to go somewhere, it’s quick too!

I am beyond pleased with my newly designed master bedroom closet. I now have a place for everything and am amazed after working with our designer Lane, that we actually have extra space. We told Lane what we were hoping to accomplish in that space and he exceeded our expectations. From a built in dresser, to extra drawers, to built in hampers for dirty clothes and dry cleaning. He took the time to look at what we had and the space it would require and sat down and immediately drew up a design. Within 45 minutes I knew exactly what our closet space would look like, cost and the material I wanted to use. There were no surprises and the whole experience was done professionally and in a timely manner. I have, would and will continue to recommend Closet Factory Chicago.
