How the staging process works.... we schedule an initial visit to evaluate the areas to be staged and then create a proposal. Should you decide to work with us the next step is to stage the property. After the property sells we return to remove all staging pieces prior to closing. Our service areas include all of Sarasota and Manatee counties.
