We worked with Rusty and his team on a large kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier with the results! We appreciated the personal service and attention to details. Plus the communication is outstanding! We always knew status of budget, schedule, etc.

Compelling homes provided us with a visionary and workable plan to remodel our Beaverdale brick that gave us the open space and expanded kitchen area without sacrificing the original charm of this 1940's home. During construction unexpected twists and turns were experienced as is typical of a remodel of a vintage house. Through it all Rusty, Naomi and Andrew worked with us to resolve these things to our satisfaction. We greatly appreciated Rusty and Naomi's guidance in selecting cabinets, fixtures and appliances and their flexibility in working with us to create a beautiful home. We are very pleased with the end result and recommend the team at Compelling Homes.

Compelling Homes did an absolutely beautiful job on our kitchen remodel. We knew that our project wasn't considered large by some standards, but the Compelling Homes team made us feel like we were their only customer. Their pricing was fully transparent, and they came in right on budget. Their timeline perfectly aligned to their delivery schedule. The communication was unparalleled ... I always knew exactly what was happening (and when!) and they answered my continuous stream of questions with grace and professionalism. They expertly coordinated all aspects of our project, including electrical, drywall, custom trim, paint, flooring, etc. They left the site immaculately clean, and all subs were courteous and professional. I would hire Compelling Homes again in a heartbeat! It's obvious they love what they they do.

Rusty Green from Compelling Homes is a true professional. His level of knowledge from a major remodel of your home to building a new home is tremendous! Rusty will guide you from start to finish and assist you every step of the way. I have had the pleasure of working with him on about a dozen homes so far and his high energy level and love for his work is very apparent . I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with him, as he makes my job as a Kitchen Designer a lot of fun!

My husband and I hired Compelling Homes to design and build a home for us. They had their work cut out for them--I was a hard person to convince as I didn't even want to build due to the time commitment needed on my end (we had been down that road before). Rusty and his team had us from the very beginning with their knowledge, experience, and ability to put us first. During design, they made sure they understood what was important to us so that floor plans and finishes were exactly what we wanted. They provided a very transparent, detailed budget from the beginning (and stuck to it) and involved us in every aspect of communication. The level of quality of materials and workmanship is unmatched by any other and that's what we wanted for our home--even their contractors rave about how much they appreciate working with him and his team. We are almost done and can't wait to see the end result!
