We talked to about a dozen contractors and CO-Office NYC LLC was by far the best prepared from the first visit. The project was completed ahead of schedule, they stuck right to the approved budget and the work was professional at every stage. When we made some project changes along the way they were on board and very helpful. The daily updates via Buildertrend were a great way to keep us informed on what to expect. Extremely professional. We had two small bedrooms with furniture that didn't work and the whole apartment felt crowded as our children's stuff was spilling out into the main space. David Zhai came and interviewed me and my son and daughter to understand what kind of spaces we wanted to create. The result are two awesome bedrooms where my children love to hang out with their friends, do their homework and sleep. There is so much storage in their bedrooms that they still haven't filled up even half of it. I should also add that my daughter ended up with a loft bed in her room and she wanted her cat to be able to get up to her with no difficulty and David did an excellent job creating decorative boxes on the wall that act as a ladder for Audrey, her cat. My daughter also has two rabbits and David created a fun space for them under her loft bed.

I originally hired CO-Office to complete the design for my real estate office in Manhattan.. They did a fantastic job, in fact, everyone that comes into the office always asks "who did this? I want their info!" so I am always already giving their contact info out to people. Then it came time to design my own home and I went back to CO-Office. Again, they completely impressed me. This team is smart, thorough, and detail oriented. I give them my highest endorsement!
