My Wife and I met with Rimrock Cabinet Co. when building our home . They are very professional, helping design our Kitchen and bathrooms that were functional and beautiful. They are a first class partner for us !

We had a very positive experience working with Stephen and the Rimrock Cabinet crew. Stephen really listened to our ideas and created the kitchen we envisioned. The professionalism of the staff was excellent and we appreciate their careful attention to details. I wouldn't change a thing, and I highly recommend Rimrock Cabinet Company to anyone building or remodeling a home.

Stephen was amazing! Not only with cabinets, countertops and blinds but when we were working with the builder on the floor plan, Stephen made some suggestions and even drew up the changes. The design and layout....absolutely the best. Couldn't be happier.

Steve at Rimrock is a super nice guy. Rusty is the contractor who they had install our cabinets, also an awesome dude. (Never met the guys who did our countertop.) The project itself however was done very poorly. So many issues from the get go. Originally given an incorrect date of completion for the project. Was told 4-5 weeks but at week 6 I asked about it and they had actually meant 7-8 weeks. Microwave trim kit was too big and the contractor they hired to fix it showed up on a Saturday morning without tools and asked to use mine. Floating shelves showed up twice with cracks and chips but were finally good enough on the third try. After dishwasher and stove installed neither could open because they were too close to each other. Cabinet measurement was off. Stove was taken out, a sliver of countertop was cut out, stove put back in. The cabinet behind the stove popped out after the stove was pushed back in. A few weeks after everything was finally done, my wife noticed a huge ten inch crack on top of our stone countertops! RC sent a rep from the countertop manufacturer over to fix it. Nice guy too, but apparently his unsuccessful superglue and sandpaper method was "something to keep if from spreading and sometimes it works permanently. It is always our first stage to repair a crack like that. The next step is to do a pie-repair. That color will be a little trickier to get it to blend, but we will do our best at finding a good match. One thing that we have to do also, is to find out why it cracked in the first place. There isn't a seam there, so there has to be some sort of pressure to cause it to crack... ...maybe the range feet need to be adjusted a little to take the weight off of the countertop, or maybe the cabs weren't perfectly level. Whatever it is, we need to get to the bottom of it or it will just keep cracking." Upon further self inspection last night, I found that when the stove was reinstalled it cracked also. It's obvious that whoever did the reinstallation also tried to cover their tracks by glueing the broken piece back on. The glue literally left behind a physical thumbprint - can't be wiped off - can feel it with my finger. So I'm betting the countertop crack is because of of the improper reinstallation of the stove. Not really my job to figure this out though. The countertop manufacturer is coming to remeasure. Unfortunately for RC they will need to pay for a new countertop, new backsplash, and new plumbing. I will only speak for myself on my review, but I do know other people close to me who have had similar issues using Rimrock. Conclusion, I just can't give RC a good review. Wish I could, again, nice people, but 1 out of 5 possible stars matches the service I received. First world problems, for sure, but I need to be a good steward of my investment. Blessed to have a new kitchen and happy to see other people have had success with RC.

We had a wonderful experience with Rimrock Cabinet Co. They were easy to work with and gave us some great ideas on how to use our kitchen space efficiently. They installed some awesome lighting features within the cabinets. Prices were fair and staff worked within the budget we set. I would recommend Rimrock Cabinet Co. to friends! Thank you!

I have lived at the same house for over 26 years and when it was time to remodel, Steve and Rimrock Cabinet came highly recommended. Now, I know why. They were excellent to work with and did an amazing job. Everyone, from design to installers were very professional and experts in their own field. My 1950's house is now modern and up to date with high end looks and great quality of work. Nothing better than having a beautiful and functional kitchen.

Rimrock Cabinet have done an excellent job when we built our new home. They very easy to work with during the design and did a great job on all four bathrooms and of course the kitchen.
