Christi Towne Designs offers classic design with a modern twist, for residential and commercial spaces. Her goal is to facilitate and navigate her clients through an enjoyable design experience, while realizing their visual dreams. Comfort, functionality, the client's budget and lifestyle are always top considerations with every design project small or large in scope. Christi was influenced at a young age by her artistic parents and extensive travels throughout Europe. These experiences inspired, and enriched her appreciation and knowledge of architecture, art, furniture, fabrics and color. This coupled with her creativity, professionalism, and people and organizational skills gleaned from over 15 years of sales experience has transferred to her design business for the past 14 years. No matter the style or scope of the project, Christi embraces it with the same attention to detail, design sensibililty, enthusiasm and expertise. Creating beautiful, liveable and timeless interior spaces for her client's, is her ultimate goal. "Design projects can be overwhelming.... my goal is to make my client's experience enjoyable, and collaborative with the result being their design dream becoming a reality". Offering full residential and commercial interior design services. Based in Portland, Oregon her projects have included homes and businesses in the Pacific Northwest, California, Arizona and Hawaii.

Christi Towne knows her craft. We were selling/buying in May of 2020 and closing end of June on our new home. We say that for a couple of reasons – the middle of COVID and about a month to coordinate, build the timeline, nail down vendors, and procure materials. We had never done a remodel at this scale or scope before but had heard the horror stories around delays and budget busting. Our goal was to get the house interior painted prior to moving in and remodel the kitchen after moving in. Between COVID messing up supply chains and contractors being overloaded with work, this felt like a herculean task. Christi did not waver. She made the process as seamless as possible. From color selection to lighting, finishes and furniture – she has the eye for details and the ability to envision it all cohesively put together. Once finishes and materials were selected, she pushed forward with the timeline management and sequencing of contractors based on the project needs. Every contractor she referred us to was reliable and timely, and Christi herself was always on it. She helped our ideas come to life and provided input and inspiration when we were indecisive. The cost of using her services and expertise paid for itself many times over. We could not have done this project without her and would recommend her implicitly.

Last September 2018 we purchased a condo in need of updates. We honestly didn’t know where to start. Our son and daughter in law immediately told us to get in touch with Christi! She’d help them with remodeling and design help over a number of years. With the condo vacant we were able to meet Christi the next day. She helped us with getting the plans together, getting contractors in for estimates so that by the time we closed the very next morning the remodeling began! Christi worked on an amazing timeline that 2 weeks after we closed the remodeling was complete: new counter tops, new flooring and all the rooms painted! It truly was amazing! We could never have done this without her help. The process for us was low stress and a beautiful job well done. She also worked with keeping us within our budget. Christi has wonderful ideas but always keeps in mind what her clients want as well! Since our moving in she continues to help with window coverings and possible tub/shower conversion. We feel 5 stars really is not enough —- she deserves 10 stars!

I found Christi earlier this year 2016 while in the process of converting part of my medical office space to medical spa. she gave me ideas from ceiling to flooring and paint and cabinets. Everyone loves the transformation!. I also learned alot from her because she really has eyes for detail. Christi is very good in what she does .she was very patient and easy to work with too. The project was less than $20,000. she was worth the hire! PS: I had planned many months ago to write and recommend her but has been very busy. Thanks A .Uba MD

Commented: Love the drapes! Where can I purchase these?These drapes and valance were custom made. They are approximately 86-89" tall and the valance is over them to the ceiling. Walls are 8' tall.
