I hired Alexander to design a new modern functional kitchen for us. We are a family of 6 so cabinet storage and counter space was desperately needed. We love the tile and cabinets Alexander picked out too. Alexander was mindful to stay in our budget and time frame.

Working with Alexander to transform a tired old kitchen to a chic modern one has been an exceptional experience. We needed our kitchen and mudroom remodeled quickly. After consulting with several companies, we chose Cupboards, Kitchen, Bath & Floors USA, because they agreed to help us with our time limit. The floor, cabinet, and counter crews were professional. Mr. Alexander Serkisian personally supervised, and followed up on the jobs at every step. He kept us informed at every stage. Our projects came in on time, and on budget.

Alexander was referred to me by one of my friends in the Army. The military moved my family across the country to Chevy Chase, MD. We bought a house site unseen, and showed up to discover the home was a total disaster. My wife was in tears. The hardwood floors were so bad that I thought they would need to be replaced. After consulting with Alexander, he assured me that they could be brought back to life. He also encouraged me to shop around. After doing a little research, I quickly realized that Alexander and his team were the most knowledgeable and affordable. After the floors were completed, I noticed that one of the stairs was damaged from the previous owner’s dog. Alexander offered to come fix it for me free of charge. The floors turned out amazing! I could not believe the transformation. They now look brand new. My wife and I felt like we made a new friend with Alexander during our floor rehab. I would recommend him to anyone. Next up…. My kitchen looks AMAZING!!! ALEXANDER SERKISIAN is the epitome of excellence and reliability! He has been nothing less than a professional and very patient with me. He was very responsive and provided me with amazing suggestions! He understood that I was a working mom , therefore , he was very flexible with me during the entire process. He went beyond what was expected from him and made the entire process so much easier! I did not encounter any issues during the entire process. I loveeee my cabinets! I cannot wait to work with him again!

Alex was incredibly helpful and trustworthy throughout the entire process. We were unsure of what exactly we wanted and he helped us design the kitchen and for the best price. We are very happy with the final design and price. We had a couple marks on the cabinets due to the shipping from the manufacturer, but he was very responsive and got it fixed right away. HIGHLY recommend! Would definitely use again for any future projects.

The kitchen Bath & Floors remodeled our kitchen and replaced the counter tops and all cabinets and the floor. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and provided very useful advice and suggestions . we also had them replace our carpet in two floors with hardwood. They very professional, cleaned up everyday after finishing the day. The final result was as promised and finished in time. We were very satisfied with the services and the prices. We would use them again in future if needed and would recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

Kitchen, bath and floors usa, Inc installed and refinish my present hardwood floors with speed and professionalism. This past Spring 2014 they removed my old carpet in the living, family, and formal dining rooms; then installed hardwood in those rooms. They also sanded, restained and polyurethaned my present hardwood floor in the kitchen. They are extremely professional and prompt on any questions one may have. I would recommend them to anyone to do the same work I have done.
