I've used Custom Home Sound on two separate projects now and, both times, I've been very pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of their crews. I've made the mistake of using some other crews just to try to save a buck and immediately regretted it. Had Custom Home Sound come and redo that work plus the rest of the project. Learned my lesson and will always talk with Cory, Ben and the rest of the crew. They aren't the cheapest ballgame in town, but they clearly care about the quality of their work and, in my opinion, are absolutely worth it.

I have used Custom Home Sound on 5 previous projects (all excellent). The latest project was to mount 4 flatscreen tv's onto the wall in each of the guest bedrooms (previously the tv's were mounted on stands on a dresser with the cable box exposed). The goal was to mount each tv, install new cable boxes (smaller) and install new power supplies so the tv's would be mounted on the wall with nothing showing (very clean look). The Custom Home Sound tech arrived on time, and started a prep area with a moving blanket so as not to scratch the floors. The tech was courteous, knowledgeable and listened to my request on the positioning of each tv. After completing each room, the tech made sure to clean up any trash and make sure all cables were neatly organized. The result: Excellent finished product in each room. Conclusion: Later in the summer, Custom Home Sound will be creating and installing my main home theater/media room.

This company is very professional and reliable. They came on time, worked straight through until completion. They made sure we were knowledgable about how to navigate through our new system. They are readily available for questions and trouble shooting, if problems arise. We are so pleased. I love our new state of the art TV's with so many options! Thank you!

Custom Home Sound came highly recommended to me by a friend and, after hiring them, I see why! They are extremely knowledgeable of their products and how to best use them to achieve your desired results. They are professional and courteous and prompt. If your project has anything to do with sound in any capacity....computers, speakers, television, etc.....you should not go to anyone else! I have hired them, now, for several projects and I highly recommend them.

Russell and Chris were very helpful and flexible. I am not an audiophile and they understood my needs, recommended speakers that would suit and even discounted a wireless unit that sonos was revising...saving me some cash. After the install, my sons noticed that the sound bar was making a tinny sound. I could not hear it, but every time they watched they mentioned it. I notified Russell. He came at 8 the next morning and solved the simple problem (TV output causing interference). I like the sonos system and plan to expand over time.

I’ve been a dedicated audiophile for many years, and around two years ago I made the decision to make a few final upgrades to my home audio system…hopefully, the last time I’ll ever have to do this! A primary focus for one of my upgrades was a high-quality AVR, the final contenders being Anthem, Cambridge Audio, Marantz and NAD. After months of researching these toys, it came down to Anthem and Cambridge…so I began calling numerous authorized dealers for each of these units with many questions. After all of this, my decision was made: an Anthem MRX-310. Now…which authorized dealer? Of the four contacted, this was easy: Custom Home Sound. Why them? Because CHS was the most helpful and friendly, answered my questions honestly (one dealer was somewhat evasive), and there were no “hard-sell” tactics involved at all. In addition, CHS told me if I experienced any problems, all I had to do was call them and they would rectify/solve it. Decision made…and order placed. A “bonus”: I placed my order on a Tuesday, received a message Thursday that my order arrived, and picked it up on Friday morning; outstanding service and delivery! My final quest is for a sub-woofer: contenders being GoldenEar, JL Audio, Paradigm and SVS. Interestingly, CHS is authorized for two of them; decisions, decisions, decisions! If anyone reading this is interested in quality products, friendliness, knowledge, top-notch service, and honesty…I would look no further than Custom Home Sound. A VERY satisfied customer
