I have used Carl with Midtown Designs for almost 200 houses. No matter what I dream up or any of my clients want, Carl always gets it right to make the build easy. His attention to details keep my houses selling. I have referred numerous contractors and people that build their personal homes to Carl. I have never had one negative comment from any clients. In our local building Dept they review all plans before you can purchase a permit. When they ask did "Is it a Midtown Design plan?" I say yes and the review process is quick because Carl's details sheets have all info needed in an easy to read format. As long as I am building and Carl is drawing, I will not use anyone else.

Carl Welch is always available when needed after the plans are produced. Whereas, architects require appointments, Carl allows walk-ins for real time on the job consultations. All this is done at very good prices. His plans are very representative of how families live day to day also. Laid out very well. As a matter of fact he designed my own personal custom house based solely on a picture. i am a general contractor and buy all my spec plans from this company.
