We undertook a massive remodel project while acting as our own contractor. CF Design came highly recommended by a friend. Absolutely thrilled we used him for our extensive remodel planning. He brought us ideas that wouldn't have even crossed our minds and the house design is stunning because of it. After interviewing several firms we decided to hire Dave Creech as our Landscape Architect. Our lot is on a challenging hillside and came with many restrictions. Dave got to know our lot and needs then devised a plan to execute. His design services were soup to nuts, from driveway entrance to end of pool view including courtyard and fire-pit. He was generous with his time, knowledgeable and highly competent. Dave’s excellent communication skills and construction documents helped us navigate team meetings with ease (builder, architect, engineer and design review). What Dave brings to the table is a perfect 10. We couldn’t have experienced a more well-rounded implementation.
