After a water leak, we were finally able to modernize our 1970s kitchen. We interviewed several contractors, but Dennis Foote and Artisan Design Build Group stood out among the others. Dennis clearly knew what he was doing and he cared to do the job right. It was a big job – we took the kitchen down to the studs, raised the ceiling, replaced windows – but the job was never out of control. We ended up with the kitchen we wanted, only much, much better. Dennis’ design aesthetic is elegant, his work is surgical, and the value he brings is extraordinary. We could not be happier. Can’t wait to have him start on our master bathroom.

Dennis helped us to design the renovation of our 2 bedroom condo. He listened and was able to assist in creating the perfect space for us. He had the resources and connections that enabled us to get the best value and products that stayed within our budget. He was always available to answer questions or listen to concerns along the way. I have a 90 year old house that is being restored to its previous glory. We have worked with Dennis Foote since 2003 for a variety of interior design and custom photo framing. He has always gone 150% to provide suggested solutions, options for consideration and is always respectful of our budget. He combines his creative instincts with sensibility and has a very good eye for detail. He has come into our home to make recommendations based on decor, color, room formality and we've always been extremely pleased with the final product - several large custom mirrors, enlarged photographs, prints transferred to canvas, preserved artwork, etc. He has framed our entire home in large artwork and provided custom mirrors for us since 2003. Dennis Foote has worked on two major home remodeling projects for us. The first was for our condo in Chicago and the second was at our home in the suburbs. The results of both projects are exquisite. For the condo in the city he maximized the space by eliminating extraneous walls and completely automated the space. For our home in the suburbs, Dennis turned our basement into an English Pub. It also includes a wine cellar, 220 gallon salt water fish tank, steam shower, sauna, and theatre. Everyone who sees the space says it should be in Architectural Digest. This space is also fully automated. Aside from his creative ideas, Dennis was on site everyday making sure all the subcontractors did their jobs accurately for both of our projects. He also found ways to save us thousands of dollars. For both projects, Dennis utilized state of the art technology and products. We would not hesitate to use his services again and recommend him to others.
