Since 1994, Derek Acker has worked to build an extraordinary community one home at a time. Derek recognized he could build and remodel fine homes for special people better together, rather than apart. Building on that trust and understanding, he has brought that vision to Straightline General Contractors. A very professional approach which exceeded our expectations. The job was on time, and under budget- slightly. The close of each day was clean, organized, safe, and respectful of our living spaces. Straight Line is a company we trust and will surely use again for our next project.

The work that Derek and his staff at Straight Line General Contractors, Inc. has done for us personally (home) and professionally (Boys and Girls Club of East Aurora) has been amazing. The quality of their work, communication and willingness to work with you in regards to how best to save money and time is to be commended. They have made a significant difference in the lives of of the youth that we serve be greatly improving the quality of our Club and camp facilities.

I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Derek and his crew. We were VERY anxious about who to choose for this project and we were so happy with our choice. Right from the beginning, they helped with design ideas and plans and definitely helped us make the right decisions. The thought of making all of the decisions that had to be made, was overwhelming to us, but they made that easy too! Thank you Derek and crew, you guys are the best!

Had a fire in the house and Derek was the second contractor we hired after the first contractor took the insurance money and never came close to finishing the job. Derek worked with us every step of the way and was always available for us. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Excellent craftsmanship. Derek's whole team at Straight Line were fantastic to work with. Highly recommended!
