This past summer we asked this contractor to provide an estimate on painting and installing 6-panel doors, painting and installing trim, and fixing some drywall issues we have in our sunroom. He seemed interested in working with us again (we'd used him previously during our kitchen remodel last winter) and indicated to us he would be interested and even said he would be providing a quote within just a few days. Even though I have contacted him repeatedly by both phone and email since summer, he refuses to respond. I have no idea why that is the case. Its like he simply disappeared in thin air. I would not recommend this pro.

I sent an estimate and got no reply and moved on to other projects. After your repeated calls, I informed you that my mother passed away and there were several weeks that I would be out of town handling issues with her home. Now you seem to want to use a bad review to hurt me. Ultimately, I'm just glad I used my time to satisfy my current project load.

I am in the process of having an entire downstairs created with full tile bathroom, livingroom, and utility room. Dan has listened carefully to what I want, then he turns it into something beautiful and functional. He will be doing more work in my home!

Dan worked with me to remodel the two bathrooms in my home. Master bath involved creating a tiled walk-in shower space, with a glass panel. Also window in the shower space as well as two niches for bathroom condiments. Tiling the remaining area where pedestal based tub rested and the toilet. Second bath was also a walk- in shower. This shower features glass doors and two niches. Dan reworked this space, adding the crown molding to allow for the popcorn ceiling meeting up with new walls.... In the case of both shower spaces I wanted to have accent tiling. Dan took great care in giving me the look I wanted.

DHM Remodeling has done several projects at my house. Dan Miller who is the owner of DHM does fantastic work at a reasonable price. DHM has remodeled bathrooms, repaired bricks on the outside of the house, replaced several carpeted rooms with hardware, landscaping, and several other projects. Dan is someone that I continue to hire for home repairs/remodels. I would definitely recommend DHM Remodeling.

I can't say enough about Dan Miller of DHM remodeling. We originally hired Dan in 2012 to perform a complete master bathroom remodel of my parent’s home which including a new ceiling, floor, fixtures, tub surround, and a resurface of the vanity and tub. We were extremely pleased with the results at a fair price. We have continued to use DHM remodeling for many other projects through 2013. We had Mr. Miller install a new kitchen floor, a new basement floor, repair doors on an outside barn, replace and rebuild walls in the basement and act as a general foreman during other construction projects. He is a man of many talents. We would definitely use his services again and highly recommend DHM! Jeff Wilkinson

We contracted with DHM for a variety of home remodeling items, including: building an exterior wood deck, installing an additional window, installing French doors, building and installing a fence, building a retaining wall, installing a hot tub, electrical work, installing light fixtures, and other items. A small company....but does exceptional work. Dan is thorough, performs quality work, discusses options, and is always willing to explain any procedure. ...and prices are reasonable. We would not hesitate to hire DHM for any future needs.

DHM is a meticulous remodeler. They show great attention to detail, and are very careful and precise, reviewing each step of construction with the homeowner and project designer in advance as they work. As designer, I am very pleased with the overall value that DHM brought to this project. Their quality is great, their service is great, and their price is fair, not the lowest but not the highest either. Their pace could have been quicker, but near perfection takes time. Took down existing wood deck approximately 15x30. Replaced it with vinyl deck and constructed a white fiberglass pergola. It looks absolutely beautiful and is little maintenance.

DHM has completed several projects on investment properties and did them quickly and very reasonably. Dan takes great pride in his work and has exceeded my expectations every time. DHM Remodeling finished our walk-out basement in record time and with the real professionalism -- he attended to details that we hadn't even considered (eg matching the stair rails for the lower level with other railings in the house). and we could not be more pleased with our basement. He's pleasant to work with, highly ethical and a perfectionist in terms of his work ethic and his pricing is very reasonable. We highly ecommend him and would definitely use him for future projects.
