David Houser and Houser Custom Homes have partnered with my organization for the past three years. We are a nonprofit that offers home repairs and wheel chair ramp installations to families in need. For example, they have installed windows, raised sinks and toilets, and patched walls. David and his team have not only done a professional job, but he consistently looks to find ways of investing in neighborhood's in need. David also helps us host a Thanksgiving outreach, delivering 50 turkey dinners to families on Thanksgiving Day. We couldn't do this without Houser Custom Homes. They have touched many lives over the past three years.

Houser custom homes built a new home for us. The owner was always in contact with us and made many suggestions to help us along. His knowledge of the building experience was always very professional, and so were his contractors. We completed under budget and I believe that is a result of the builder keeping us updated and being an involved owner of his company.

Our home was significantly damaged by an unlicensed contractor and we had no idea if it could be restored properly. Dave Houser from Houser Custom Homes came in and made it his priority to have the house restored as soon as possible. He took no money upfront and insisted that I pay all of it after the work was done. He worked fast and furious and did a fantastic job. He made it as painless as possible for us. He promptly fixed any issues that came up after the job was done. I would whole heartedly recommend Dave and would definitely have him build a home for us in the future if we need one. I have known David Houser of Houser Custom Homes for 15 years. I originally contracted with him (Met him through a newspaper ad) to assist me in building my own home in 2000. It went flawlessly AND consequently we even became partners for the next 5-6 years and built 30 houses together. In that time he was a fantastic mentor to me. I learned so much from him. He has a huge wealth of knowledge from his 20+ plus years of building. He is a first rate problem solver. A lot of what I found out about Dave was that he was so good at customer relations. He became friends with many of his clients (even to this day) and never had a customer that wasn't extremely happy with his finished product. I still ask for Dave's advice today on issues that may crop up during my day-He continues to be a consummate professional and mentor to me to this day.
