About Us

DrapeStyle is a leading manufacturer and retailer of custom made window treatments including custom curtains and drapery, roman shades, roman blinds, pillows and outdoor drapes. Drapestyle has been in business since 2002. We feature thousands of fabrics from leading Mills such as Kravet, Robert Allen, Sunbrella, Schumacher, Jeffrey Alan Marks, Sarah Richardson, Vern Yip, Candice Olson as well as our own line of imported silk and linens. Each of our window treatments is hand-made to order and our Seamstresses have, on average, over 25 years of experience making couture quality draperies. Our Clients include leading Designers in the US and Canada as well as Homeowners in the US, Canada, Australia and The UK. We serve the residential, commercial and hospitality markets. This company has taken the money for the order I placed over two months ago with no products. I have tried to reach them repeatedly and their email address in no longer operational. I am getting legal counseling against this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

I am a designer. I have been looking for a mid-priced manufacturer to replace the one I have used in the past that stopped making drapes. Based upon the glowing reviews for DrapeStyle, I applied for a trade account here but never heard back. I have left several voice messages and again, have never heard back. This is terrible customer service especially for a member of the trade.

Thank you for the order of my drapery. I was very impressed with the care taken, from the time placing the order to the delivery. Ordering online was done with ease, very selective. The custom drapery was very well made with french pleats, pinned, folded and package with care... The drapery was a perfect fit for my windows. I will definitely be placing another order with your company in the near future... Thank you!

Pufflet

My experience with drapestyle wasn't as positive as the other reviewers. If you order their basic drapes or blinds, they seem to have no problem making those. They also offer custom services which is what I chose. The collaboration was great during the process and to help ensure they understood what I wanted, I supplied photos of the specific style. What I received was something I'm too embarassed to install. The pictures below show what I asked for and what I received. Drapestyle closed ranks when they heard from me and based on the conversation we had regarding the delivered product, the design person agreed it wasn't good. The owner however didn't allow that and refused to remake the blind or provide a refund. I was sent an email offering a 50% credit toward a new order. I certainly don't feel comfortable ordering more from them after my first experience. The policy would be understandable if it was merely a case of not liking the outcome. In my case, what they delivered barely resembled what I asked for. The cost, after exchange, was over a $1,000 plus $200 taxes and duties. I supplied the trim. Buyer beware.

I'm very happy with the drapes I received from DrapeStyle. The quality of materials and and the skills of their workforce are excellent. I looked at, and ordered fabric samples from several companies. All the samples showed a lot of quality, but DrapeStyle was the best. I decided on the hand woven silk. If anyone is looking for a lot of elegance with a touch of rustic, I highly recommend this choice. I had never ordered drapes before, their website was very helpful in answering my questions. They were very helpful over the phone also.
