No attention to detail or much care for the homes they produce! The first red flag should have been one of their site supervisors commenting on how he cannot believe how their selected trades have left our home … We had a slow build with minimal communication throughout, then received the keys 12 months after site cut. From dodgy gutters that continue to drip/leak, doors that don’t shut properly, a wall that is bowed, completely incorrect stain on door due to them using 2 different Timbers for the trim and door itself… the list goes on. We were happy to work with DR to fix these issues until they decided to not take responsibility for a huge error on their end. During our PCI we triple checked all windows to ensure no scratches and thankfully there were none! Flash forward to handover day and each window along the back deeply scratched in circular motions. This was acknowledged to be followed up, but of course they’ve since denied to replace. This is despite the site supervisor acknowledging the severity of the scratches and being able to capture them on video/photos… We wouldn’t recommend DR Homes to anybody and pray we don’t have any major issues in the future with our home that requires communication with them

I am very disappointed with DR Homes. I was lied to by the representative at Riverbank. The colour consultant told me I had no choice re façade, which means I have a façade that I am extremely unhappy with. There were a lot of problems eg wrong aggregate laid, toward the end of the build due to a lack of communication. Cathy

AMAZING!!! I met with a lovely lady who helped me plan the foundations and design elements of my new house that i am building. She offered extensive knowledge and great design issue, her designs were practical and suitable for my lifestyle. Definitely hire them again.
