He had his designer, Mary, were respectful and considerate of our needs and our goals. They provided both feedback and innovative design options. Furniture and furnishings were of high quality. I hired Dwayne Bergmann for a kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom remodel last year, and I can say without hesitation, that his creativity and attention to detail are truly a remarkable gift. He knew exactly what "feeling" I wanted to evoke within my home, and it was because of his innate ability to listen to and understand what my hopes were for the project. Not only is he artistic and intelligent, he is a person of great integrity. He was very honest with his prices, and met all of the deadlines throughout the construction process, with exception to a defective dishwasher that had to be replaced (manufacturers fault). I would highly recommend Dwayne to anyone that wants a unique and outstanding individual with great talent and experience to work with! The contractor Dwayne used was also the consummate professional, and answered all of my phone calls in a timely manner (unheard of)! His work was flawless, and he always left the job site in nearly immaculate condition. I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with the end results! His work is definitely second to none.

It was such a pleasure to meet Dwayne and his assistant Mary. At the initial meeting we were not quite sure what our basic choice of design would be, or if we could agree on that. They were very polite and professional. They took us on a tour of furniture stores and helped guide us in the right direction. They made it appear so easy. During the follow-up they always provided several options to choose from at every step and responded quickly to telephone or email requests. They were very efficient throughout the project. We never felt rushed. We are thrilled with the beautiful finished project and would highly recommend Dwayne Bergmann LLC. Thank you.

Sorry what a disappointment. . Promises he did not follow threw with. Unprofessional. . Complained about the the work. But never got us a contract. Hired to do demo with his contractor.. had to use his contractor.. after demo wasted 3 months waiting for contract only to find out we were hiring his contractor and he was being paid by his contractor.. then both parties didn't like their cut wanted more.. wasted 3 months which is a huge cost when moved out and have to rent for additional months.. let alone the demo was done so poorly we had to pay an additional 10,000 to fix the goofs such as uncapped plumbing which leaked and caused mold and additional cost to repair flooring. I hate leaving bad reviews but I don't like being taken advantage of either. . I trusted his word and promise however it was a great big lie!
