Alice Sin did a fantastic job designing and managing our kitchen remodel. She is a professional of the highest regard for her vision and understanding of design and construction. Alice was right with the construction team guiding them through the project from start to finish. She continues to offer us design assistance even at the end of the project. Alice was truly committed to making our remodel her top priority.

Eileen was terrific. She clearly knew her business and figured out essentially what I wanted quickly. Very accomodating with the small changes I made to her first plans, and throughout the construction process. This was a total kitchen re-do. She recommended a great contractor. I first worked with Eileen in 1986 when she gave me the opportunity to work as a general contractor on one of her projects. Eileen was great; she has a ton of experience and knowledge. Our project was a bit different because it was a kitchen cabinet reface (plus new appliances, new counters, new backsplash) and we hired Eileen on an hourly consultant basis. She was a great sounding board for ideas about cabinet door style and color, layout, appliances, and counters. I would absolutely work with Eileen on a future project; if our remodel had been a full gut job I think this would be a five star rating because we would have worked more closely with her. We hired Eileen's recommended contractor and her cabinet guy for the entire project and they were good, but we did run into some issues with attention to detail and communication. Eileen was the go-between for a couple of issues that arose and that was very helpful. If you hire Eileen you will be getting the advice and support of a true professional who really knows her stuff.

Their responsibility included design, installation and construction of custom cabinetry, and the selection of all kitchen finishes. Eileen is the absolute best designer in the world to work with!. She takes care of everything for her clients! Her expertise is beyond what anyone else will even attempt; she is an expert at her craft! My remodel went off without a hitch. We worked with Eileen and her company while having a complete kitchen remodel in California and then again for two complete bathroom remodels for our home in Florida. We have been very happy with all of the professional work she did for us. It was on time and she was present during all phases of the work to make sure everything went smoothly. We were lucky to have happened to meet Eileen because we had been shopping for kitchen cabinets for our kitchen overhaul. We were impressed with her design skills and how she knew how to measure everything out and knew how to work with our contractor on different issues. Ultimately, we ordered customer kitchen cabinets and living room floating drawers. It's been a year that our project was finished and we text her on a regular basis about how much we love how everything turned out. A year later, we're adding and remodeling bathrooms. We ordered the bathroom vanity cabinets with her and again she has been great with design layout of everything. Eileen really knows what she's doing and I highly recommend her for various projects!

I worked with Sierra Custom Kitchens on a project that has met all of our needs and, after using it for eight years, in hindsight we would not ask for any changes. The owner of Sierra Custom Kitchens, Eileen Atwood, is a member of the Pasadena Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Each year ASID selects a non-profit organization to help with a project. Our organization, a Girl Scout House, had a kitchen that was built in 1935. In response to our request for help in upgrading this kitchen ASID agreed to make upgrading our kitchen their project for the year 2007. Eileen worked with us to define our needs and then produced a design that met all of our needs. Working with other ASID members she was able to have the appliances, counters, light fixtures, electrical switches/outlets, cabinets, and paint either donated or provided at substantial discounts. During construction as issues arose Eileen was always available to help resolve them even though she was donating her services. We will always be grateful to Eileen for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. She is a class act.
