We do not communicate with any Client through Houzz. GES Custom Remodel LLC provides new construction, additions, partial or complete remodeling, exterior repairs and improvements, and storm damage repairs covered by insurance. We work typically by referrals from past clients, area designers, insurance agents, kitchen & bath showrooms or industry professionals. We often attract difficult repair projects that may require diagnostic skills.

Robert and his crew (George & Nathan) did an outstanding job adding retrofoam to our interior Sunset Cove condo unit walls. Their work was very efficient and clean and they were very tidy cleaning up after themselves. The retrofoam sets quickly, does not expand or cause walls to bulge, and essentially has no smell. It is an excellent product. They all were very courteous and professional. The walls are now very soundproof. I recommend this company and this product (retrofoam) to anyone who needs foam insulation added to their walls to reduce noise.

Our remodel involved gutting most of our first floor, and reworking the floorplan including the kitchen, laundry, and powder room. I appreciated Eddie's ownership of the project from the get-go. His input resulted in several design tweaks - all for the better. He welcomed my suggestions throughout the project and didn't hesitate to slow things down when we needed more time to make a decision. Eddie's crew was professional - arriving on time, communicating well, leaving things orderly (important since we were living in the house during the remodel). Like Eddie, they were invested in the project which translated into top-notch work. I truly enjoyed collaborating with the GES team and highly recommend them!

GES Contactor has done work on my home and business. They do an amazing high quality job. He is organized and very timely, both very important things when doing work in either your home or business. I would highly recommend him for all of your remodel needs!

Eddie Sanford remodeled our kitchen and did a fantastic job! He and his entire team were very considerate, professional, neat and dependable! The work was always completed when promised and the work meticulous! Cannot say enough positive things. About his services! Would hire him again without any reservations!

Houzz was not around in 2006, and now Mrs. DT is still happy with what we did. Stacey the Designer was awesome and now living in Baltimore. All I can say is ....we are lucky to have long term relationships with our clients and that's really fun. I wish we had some Before pics to compare with the After.

I was very pleased with the results! All the guidelines of working with a remodel were followed. It was nice to have someone reputable and experienced orchestrating the process and it is a BIG process! The issues of design, organization and scheduling of tasks were all dealt with promptly and appropriately. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent. I found Mr. Sanford to be knowledgeable, informative, and honest in his dealings. I would recommend consulting with him for any type of remodel.

This was a fun project for many reasons. 1) The Client was easy to work with, 2) when we faced awkward decisions, we worked through it together, 3) removing walls made for such a transformation of how the space can be used. I have had the pleasure of working with Eddie Sanford on two extensive main level remodeling projects. His management and direction kept everything running smoothly, which is a major feat when living through a remodel. Eddie is a great communicator, keeping all parties informed every step of the way. In addition, I found his talented team to be professional and easy to work with. Eddie and I just competed our second main level remodel with fantastic results. I was honored that Eddie referred me to his client to provide design guidance with the selection of materials, paint colors, finishes, hardware, fixtures and lighting for this project. As a Certified Kitchen Designer, I have had the pleasure of working with Eddie Sanford on 3 or 4 projects. Eddie's attention to detail and very honest conversation regarding outcome and budget on the front of the project is what sets him apart from the rest of the contractors that I work with. The homeowner knows exactly what to expect during the progress of the project and the line of communication remains open until the end. I tell my clients that there is rarely a question left for the homeowner to ask as he usually asks first. Eddie is not afraid to share his opinion, yet respects the homeowners decisions. He also respects the work of the other tradesmen and designers with whom he works, which makes the projects really flow. I look forward future project with Eddie in the near future.
