We worked with Eric on an addition for our house. Actually, Eric assisted us long before we started the project while we were house shopping. We knew whatever we purchased would need some sort of addition or remodel and Eric was kind enough to give us his opinion on some of the properties we viewed and what it would take to remodel them to what we were looking for. When we found our house, we immediately started work on the addition and found Eric and his team extremely great to work with. They gave us a really creative design that makes our house stand out from the rest of the neighborhood. They also really helped us in navigating the process of construction, recommending contractors for bids, explaining the permitting process, and setting expectations on budget and schedules. I was most impressed with Eric and his team because I felt like they were truly excited about working on our house. I know we were one of several projects they had going at the time but they made me feel like our house was a priority. They could have just turned over the designs I'm sure, but they checked in on our house throughout construction and followed up when it was complete. From start to finish, we were so thankful we had Eric's support. We've recommended him to several friends looking to renovate their homes and would recommend him to anyone in the DMV looking for a really creative team.

It's a pleasure to work with Eric, a true collaborative process. He worked with us on a screened patio design. He knew how to work within the project's constraints and looked out for our best interest, not his.

Saul was patient, flexible and loves the nitty-gritty details as much as we do. He guided us through a full kitchen renovation and when he moved the stairs we got a hook nook cubby we now know we can't live without.

Eric has helped us design a second story addition, that will add a master bedroom, walkin closet and on suite.

Eric did a fantastic job designing our new kitchen. We have an old brick colonial and he made it match the style but still have the right functionality and level of modern design.

We turned to Eric for help envisioning how to gut and renovate our 100+-year-old home in a historic district. Eric was professional, very creative and a pleasure to work with. He came up with inventive ways of finding more space, opening up the downstairs to create a gorgeous kitchen, and converting upstairs sleeping porches into real living space that includes a study and modern marble bathroom off our master bedroom. Throughout the construction phase, he was also happy to help trouble shoot and worked well with our general contractor. We are thrilled with the design and the work -- it is truly our dream home.

Eric has been a true pleasure to work with. He has been creative, detail oriented and very flexible with our family on designing a screen porch addition with some complementary reworking of the interior of the house and the lower level. He is helping us reimagine our home, solve some problems with the flow of light and air, and bring our 1950's era split level into the 21st century. We highly recommend.

We are currently working with Eric on a renovation of our Watergate apartment. It really helps that he has worked before in this finicky building. We really appreciate his creative ideas and guidance about design, materials and costs. He gets back to us quickly when we have questions or change our minds about something. He knows the strengths and weaknesses of our contractor and his guidance through the construction phase is very helpful. His charges are significantly less than some of the design/build folks we spoke to. It is a really nice person

Eric is awesome! He drew up plans to remodel our 1930s colonial kitchen. We couldn't be happier with the results. The layout is incredibly functional, the cabinets he suggested are high quality and affordable, and the contractor he recommended was amazing. Not only did Eric deliver on creating our dream kitchen, he helped us work within a budget. He is practical, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and easy going.
