Euro Kitchens

Euro Kitchens appeared to be a legitimate kitchen company. We had several meetings with them and came up with a plan that seemed reasonable. They had a promotion going to we would receive the countertops included in the price and made plans for them too. When we were ready for install, they conveniently forgot put the details of the countertops in the contract and told us we weren't getting them included. After much back and forth, they finally installed the cabinets and did get the countertops done too. The guys seemed like they were respectable and seemed to want to keep us happy. There were. Couple pieces on back order that they said they would come back and finish after a couple weeks. I made the mistake of trusting them and paid them in full. After several dozens of phone calls and them making a couple appoints and not showing up, they stopped returning or answering our calls. Now after 6 months of them avoiding us and not completing the job, we find out they have closed their doors.

We initially contacted Euro Kitchens in regards to space planning. Moving into the condo, we realized the kitchen didn't work well for us, it was u-shaped but only took up half the room, the other side was allotted to an eat-in area. Michael De Simone (Mike), used Nolte software to produce an initial design, which we then finessed together to come up with the desired result. We asked them to quote on providing the cabinets and installing them (with our general contractor making the space ready beforehand). There was some confusion around pricing, but we sorted it out and placed the order, and then waited for the delivery from Germany. There was a one week delay, which all things considered isn't too bad. The obstacles that we had to overcome were (a) due to the many companies involved and my own lack of experience, we didn't give enough thought to electrical requirements [Canadian code requires an outlet for every 12 inches of counter - we reconfigured the kitchen without taking this into account], and (b) I wanted a raised dishwasher which Mike had to engineer on the spot with the installers as the software did not allow for this in the plan - he very graciously absorbed the extra costs associated when adjustments had to be made. Mike is a pleasure to work with and always available, he and his colleagues are passionate about each project they undertake, and their installers are top notch (Reiner and Manny). We love our new kitchen!! FYI: The kitchen + install cost $35K, but this did not include demolition, flooring/painting, or appliances.

I am a result oriented person who only accepts the top quality designs and materials used in my living space. I am very pleased that I hired them to remodel my kitchen. Design and installation was done very professionally. We do like the colours and also all accessories that was provided by Euro kitchens to complete the job. Installers were very precise and professional. Will recommend them to everyone and wish them great success and progress in future.

After countless hours of researching and obtaining quotes, I decided to hire Euro Kitchens for my renovation needs. I have to say, I don't regret it one bit. The work was immaculate, the service outstanding, the product top notch and the work was completed ON TIME. I had requested a budget and a completion time during our initial discussion, and Euro Kitchens delivered. They kept me up to date during the renovation process, and walked me through what was being done on a daily basis. I am very keen on keeping things clean in tidy in my household, and Euro Kithcens was very mindful of this. They kept the place neat throughout the entire process and had the place sparkling when the project was complete. We recently moved into a new house and decided to change our kitchen but we wanted a very modern looking and ran into Euro Kitchens. They had the style we had in mind and decided to move ahead with the team. It was one of the best experiences we had to date when it comes to customer service. Mike and team were very patient as we went thru multiple iterations before the desired look was achieved. This process between us went on for a good 6 months and the Euro kitchens supported us for this entire duration without any pressure. Best part of the process was the design sessions and Mike was great in suggesting ideas to ensure we did not blow our budget, did not compromise on style and quality. Once the design was settled the kitchen was delivered in time to our house. I have to make mention here of the installers that came to finish the job. These guys were the best and every single detail was thoroughly reviewed and completed. Installation took 3 days but was picture perfect. Follow-up from the team is great as we had a few things we wanted to adjust and team came back and took care of it. I am still in touch with the guys at Euro kitchen Overall great customer service and product delivery. If i move and decide to do my kitchen i will be going to the same team. All I can say is WOW and thank you to the great team at Euro Kitchens on the excellent job they did renovating our kitchen. The kitchen design has maximized the functionality of our space, not to mention the amazing quality of the cabinetry. WE LOVE IT! The Euro Kitchens team….they were extremely professional and wonderful to deal with. They were available to answer questions throughout the process and always treated us with respect. This was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone.
