We can built on lots in subdivisions we are developing, help search for and find a lot suitable for the owners' "Dream Home" and include it in the price to save the buyer additional expenses, or build on an existing site. We specialize in listening to each client intently and then work to make their vision a reality. Renovation of older homes and remodeling newer homes by adding eclectic features such as reclaimed antique doors and windows, installing cabinetry to match and enhance antiques, refinishing or replacing flooring and carpets are just a few of the services we offer to home owners and interior designers. Kitchen renovation, garage enclosures and additions, game rooms and bathroom remodeling can significantly increase a home's value. Many homeowners find they love their existing home but have difficulty accessing bedrooms, bathrooms, closets and kitchen which may not have been built with these limitations in mind. Most of the newly constructed homes we build have accessible no barrier entrances, wider interior openings, no less than one bedroom and one bathroom designed and built for those who have limited mobility using walkers or wheel chairs.
