Vivas Builders and Remodeling

We have used Fernando Vivas (Vivas Custom Homes) for three large projects over the past twelve years and he has always continued to impress us with his honesty, integrity and attention to detail. All of our projects were completed on time and on budget. He has an incredibly hard working and skilled team of guys that have worked with us on all of our projects throughout the years. They built our current main house (custom architect designed very contemporary) in 2005 and then built the 2nd story on our house this past June (2016). In addition, we had him completely restore a 1930's house for us in 2009 which was a completely different project, but very ambitious and the end result was unbelievable. If you want to hire a builder/contractor who has the highest standards for workmanship, ethics and has a great loyal team, this is your company.

I have used Vivas Contruction multiple times from a new driveway and carport, outdoor room, and major home remodel including a new bathroom and adding/removing walls. I highly recommend their quality work.

I used VCI to build my new house and remodel the old house before I put it up for sale. They did outstanding, high quality work. They worked well with the architect and paid a great deal of attention to small details. I would use them again without hesitation. The project cost estimate is for the remodeling effort, not the new house.
