Fine Brand Sales

Fine Brands have taken my deposit for a china place setting over two years ago and haven’t delivered and have refused to refund my deposit. I’ve tried communicating with them repeatedly. I always get referred to Connie, the customer service representative, With the promise that she would email me in a “couple of days.” Now their website doesn’t even recognize my order number. I feel they are thieves with no intention of doing what’s right. For those who do business with this company be prepared for extended delays at delivery (I’ve ordered from this company several times over the years for place settings for my daughter’s Christmas present and only once did the delivery occur before Christmas.) Also be prepared for prolonged hold times when you try and call them.

Brand name crystal for best price online. Delivery was at promised date owner communicated. With the supply chain crisis waiting 8 weeks is almost the norm these days..

I ordered a set of Hermes china on 01/28/2018 and the last item was shipped on 07/24/2018. The items were meant for a wedding in May, and they did commit to an 8 to 10 weeks ship date. Obviously they missed the projected ship date and were very unapologetic. Had to constantly sending them emails to remind them at every step of the way. They charged me full amount and wouldn't ship my items until two weeks after, when I sent them another email to push. Service is very very lackluster. The items came in without original boxes as indicated on website and poorly wrapped. Please avoid at any cost!

I bought at Fine Brand Sales new dishes and new flatware for my new house, it is absolutely a beautiful set, it makes my house more like an upper level atmosphere, the help and service they gave me to select which set was awesome, I would recommend my family and friends to shop at this web site.
