The Royal Closet

Flavia Timberg at The Royal Closet is an incredibly smart and thoughtful design professional who I have recommended to everyone I know. We purchased a home in which she had created beautiful and efficient closets, and hired her to build a custom desk which she did to perfection. Her depth of knowledge, attention to detail, and thoughtful design skills are all outstanding. I sincerely hope The Royal Closet knows how amazing she is and how lucky they are to have her representing their company! In addition, TRC's installers were completely professional and hard-working. I could not recommend this company and especially Flavia more highly.

Flavia (and The Royal Closet) was recommended to me by a friend in the Greenwich area. I live in Stamford and could not have been happier with the work product. I actually received 3 quotes and all of them were within the same price range as The Royal Closet. However, Flavia impressed me with how detail-oriented she was and how much she really listened to what I needed. I had an entryway closet, a small shoe closet, a master walk-in closet and two closets in a boy's bedroom. It won't be a quick process (takes about 4 weeks after design), but it will be worth the wait. Flavia checked in with me and gave me ideas throughout the process and was extremely patient. The guys who installed the closet were very professional and efficient. They did not stop working and even changed things a bit when I requested that the poles go elsewhere (after they were installed). It's a company that really values a happy customer. I would definitely use Flavia and The Royal Closet again!

My husband and I recently moved from NYC after 16years to Westchester. I have to admit my guilty pleasure is watching Real Housewives mainly for their closets since I have been living out of small closets for the past 16 years!! I knew I needed help ASAP to design a functional practical but really stunning closet. I was recommended Flavia Timberg and the moment she walked in my house I knew I made the right decision. Flavia is very professional and talented. She is patient and will work through all your needs. I cant say enough wonderful things. Flavia designed my master, linen and coat closet and cant wait for her to do all my closets upstairs! Flavia was amazing! She came up with an initial plan, we priced it very quickly and then modified to better suit the space and my budget. No pressure at all from her except to give my home the best solution. She's upfront, honest, punctual and efficient, and stayed in touch throughout the whole project. I'd definitely use her again!

We just renovated our home and when it came time to design the closets, both our contractor and decorator recommended Royal Closet us. Flavia Timberg designed 8 closets for us in our home. We began with just the children’s, front hall and guest closets, having planned to use our carpenter to make the master closets. What became immediately apparent was that Flavia is incredibly thoughtful and creative in her designs. She spent quality time considering every angle and in the end, designed closets that maximized the space available while creating the freshest and cleanest designs. She truly knows her craft! Ultimately, we asked her to design the master closets which came out AMAZING!!! The day I saw it complete I jumped up and down and cried at the same time! A girls dream come true!! Flavia knew what I prioritized and helped me use every possible inch to achieve my ideal closet. Not only do we absolutely love our closets, they were so much more affordable than the carpenter quoted. The savings on the master closets alone paid for the other 6 closets. We also should mention that the installation team was great and did a fantastic job once the materials were ready. We are so thrilled to have used Royal Closet and Flavia specifically and recommend them all whole heartedly!!!

I worked with Flavia and her team to design and install closet systems in 4 closets following a renovation. I found them to be professional, responsive, courteous and efficient. I was pleased with all stages of the process from the initial design to the install a couple months later. We worked with Flavia and she was responsive, knowledgeable, and her design allowed us to maximize the space of a somewhat small "master" closet. We had a walk in closet, two reach in closets and a linen closet down and are very pleased with the outcome. Flavia did a wonderful job designing. And the installation was fast and the guys were neat and clean. We will definitely be using Flavia again to to the rest of our closets in the future.
