Please do not use this company!!!! I am writing this review because I don't want anyone to go through what I have been through with them. This company installed laminate flooring which I was told was waterproof. Well later after the installation, which included the kitchen and bathrooms, I found out that the flooring is not waterproof. They were very dirty. I had to cleanup after them. They did not install the flooring properly. The areas that there is traffic is making very loud poping sounds. I spoke to the owner about it. He sent someone and they took videos of it and left. I didn't heat from them, so I left over six messages as to when they will fix the problem. After calling I finally got Alon the owner on the phone and he said that he will be busy until next year (over a month) and promised he will take care of it. Well the floors are getting worst and worst and I never heard from him. I called his office and cell and left messages. I emailed the company as well. No answer. So basically I have to redo the flooring which includes the kitchen hallway and living room.

DO NOT USE FLOORING PRO. I am in the process of suing them. They were negligent in the installation of my homes flooring earlier this year. I retained a certified expert who removed some of the flooring installed in my home and it was determined that flooring pro did not properly glue the flooring down throughout my home. All of the flooring in my home will likely need to be replaced and redone. Their representative Alon seemed honest and sincere at first. Don't fall for this! He is unprofessional and did not monitor his own installers that made all of the mistakes. When I brought to the companies attention all of the issues, they responded that everything is perfect. Buyer's beware!

Incredible service, beautiful results- Alon was amazing!!! We interviewed several contractors but they were the best. We had a leak and not only did they replace floors, bathrooms too! Happy customers!!

We knew nothing about Flooring Pro, except on-line reviews. We visited their showroom and were favorably impressed by Mr. Alon Atia, their representative. He came to our home with samples and helped us with our selections. We ordered from him that evening. Mr. Atia coordinated our pre-installation activities via telephone and he was here with the carpet and floor installation teams to ensure that everything went well. Both installation teams, carpet and wood laminate, were courteous and highly professional. They completed our entire 1800+ sqft townhouse in a single day. Mr. Atia came to our house the following day to ensure that we were fully satisfied. We were! We highly recommend Flooring Pro to anyone considering new flooring for their home.

We had our 4 bedrooms redone recently. Art visited our place and presented some flooring samples based on the shades we prefer. Out of the 4 quotes we received, my spouse and I decided to visit the showroom of Flooring Pro. While this job (620 sf) may be small compared to their other projects, Alon attended to us personally. Lee assisted us very well at the front office. Their crew - Gavino, Ulyses & Jose - did an awesome job, completing it in one day (ahead of the estimated 2 days). I would highly recommend Flooring Pro. They are very professional, knowledgeable and skilled people. Thank you, Flooring Pro.

Very professional and excellent job. I called the last minute and needed someone right away and they accomodated they showed up on time and assisted me.

Very easy to work with. I needed to have the flooring done at a building that I manage within a week and they were able to accommodate the rush request and get the work done on-time. The final product looked amazing and they even stand by their work, like most other flooring contractors don't. I would definitely do business with Flooring Pro again. Thank you Alon!!
