The Design Firm renowned along the Eastern Seaboard for their revolutionary coastal designs. We specialize in coastal and view oriented home designs. We are located on the Beautiful Outer Banks Of North Carolina. A resort vacation hot spot revered by many! We have welcomed the evolution of event homes with a artistic approach. As many of the homes here are built for the entertainment of vacationers its is our muse to develop a plan that has all of the perks of a pleasure machine but not lose the historic beach style that makes The Outer banks So inviting. We Simply Love Architectural Design and our coastal community.

They were absolutely awesome, they were our 3rd Architect (I had fired the other 2 since they did not listen to us) and Bobbi listened to everything I told her and Mike drew the plans. The house turned out better than our wildest dreams, we have received multiple complements and numerous inquiries on who designed the house, we are proud to say it was designed by Florez!

Mike and his team have been designing my homes for over a decade and have proven to be the best resource for architectural design services. Professionalism, innovation, and compassion for a project's potential are all what you will receive upon using there services.

The Florez team has provided us with an outstanding custom oceanfront design in Duck NC, with timeless Nags Head features including cedar shake skin and double hung windows. As impressive as the design is on paper, it is even better in reality as we near completion! Gary H.

Forez Design Studio was both professional and friendly. Most importantly, they worked with me to include both my input and their professional opinions to come up with a layout for the beach house that is both practical and exciting! The result was a 3200 sq ft. beach house that flows nicely from one room to the next and have no regrets about changing a thing, even after several years in the house. We still often get compliments on the layout and design and that is largely due to the vision and experience of the Florez team. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Beth, has provided us with excellent services for new home design, older home remodeling, and modifications to their new home design to fit our needs and the lot size. she has been very helpful with interior and exterior color and material selections. always attentive and responds quickly to our questions. we have used her since 2001, working with us on some 25 houses so the dates required below are somewhat incorrect.

My husband and I were interested in building a vacation home in Kill Devil Hills NC. Searched for floor plans and found one designed by Florez Designs. Contacted the company and talked to Beth Dodson. We meet with her and she was so helpful in making changes to the plan like we wanted. I will say that over all, the experience with working with this company especially Beth, was very pleasant. The staff over all was very polite, helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We hired Florez and Florez to modify one of their existing plans to suit our needs and lot size, Beth was assigned as the architect with whom we worked with. Beth provided professional work in a timely fashion and was always receptive to our ideas and changes. It was a pleasure to work with her and would recommend Florez and Florez .

We purchased the house plans for our retirement home from Florez. We worked with their designer, Beth Dodson to customize the plans. Beth was professional, knowledge and helpful during the whole process. She had great ideas and was always patient with our requests for modifications. Florez has a lot of experience with designing coastal homes and it was apparent during the process. Even months after we started building the house and weren't quite certain what types of doors and windows to choose Beth was very responsive when we asked her advice.
