We offer studios, one, one and a half, two and three bedroom - beautifully and comfortably furnished - properties throughout Ottawa. Our properties - executive suites, private homes, condominiums/apartments and executive townhomes - are warmly and comfortably furnished and fully equipped for a short or long term stay. All of our properties have fully equipped kitchens, beds with very comfortable mattresses, 100% cotton bed and bath linens, electricity, water, heat, air-conditioning, unlimited wireless internet, cable television, parking, washer and dryers and some of our properties have access to pools, fitness centres and more! We are a full service property management firm and provide monthly financial reporting; undertake the entire rental management process from guest selection and verification through to contract negotiation; collection of rents, and management of any issues that may arise. We have been in business in Ottawa since 2009 and as a boutique firm serve a select group of homeowner clients and guests.
