Sarah Fox and the team at Fox Construction are a top shelf builder in Steamboat. They are flexible, whether renovating a kitchen, or building your trophy home, and everything in between. They built our house in Steamboat, and it was a challenging and technical build. The quality of their work was superb, the expertise they brought to the program helped us immeasurably as we worked through the project, and their financial transparency and project management acumen helped keep the program on budget. We got the home of our dreams, and new friends in the process. If you are building in Steamboat, you'd be well served to contact Fox Construction.

I just completed a large remodel project with Fox Construction and I was impressed with Sarah Fox's professionalism, excellent attention to detail and prompt follow up. Jim Barrett, the project foreman, was a true delight to work with. He really cared about the final result of each and every component of the remodel. Our clients were thrilled with the final result and it is a project I will be happy to showcase on HOUZZ once we get photographs taken!

This was our first time to build a house so we were very careful interviewing contractors because we were also building long distance. From the beginning, we felt very comfortable with them. I was reassured that no question was too small and to never hesitate to contact them. Their staff is phenomenal.... Their main concern was to make sure that the house was built exactly the way I imagined it would be. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

When we arrived at Steamboat and decided to buy a condo, we were worried about finding a reliable constructor to make all the changes we needed to make. Fox Construction was great. Sarah Fox was very professional and delivered what was promised on time. We've done new construction and remodeling before and it can be a trying experience, but not with Fox Construction. We were not on site during the remodel but Sarah would send reports and pictures during all phases. It was a pleasurable experience; a word not usually associated with remodeling. We would definitely use Fox Construction again.

Commented: what kind of finish is on the sheetrockThe sheetrock has a hand troweled texture on it with a zero VOC paint over the top of it. Please let me know if you have any further questions about this.
