We are a strong, steadily growing Architecture and Interiors Firm serving the NYC Metropolitan area & beyond for over 14 years, although Frank Pizzurro AIA has over 28 years experience in all types of Architectural Design. FPA Specializes in Premiere Luxury Residential Design in the Classical Tradition as well as Modern Chic for either start-up entrepreneurs or Fortune 500 Clientele. Since 2002, F.P.A. PC started as a small home office to an progressively larger studio in Manhattan & the Hamlet of Bedford to house its growing team of talented architects and designers. The firm’s growing client base retains our firm for either high-end residential design to all types of commercial real estate, and embraces green design with LEED compliance. Principal Architect Frank Pizzurro is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida, carries a number of prestigious accreditations, and is an active participant in several highly regarded bodies supporting architecture and the performing arts. Frank and his team of capable professionals are good listeners, extremely creative and knowledgeable. My 2014 project was fairly small (an 800 sq. ft one bedroom) but Frank made me feel that it was just as important to him as his large ones.

I have known Frank Pizzurro, AIA for over 4 years when he was the architect for my 4 bedroom Upper West Side COOP in a landmark building. We dealt with a tricky board and many design challenges, but Frank’s firm stayed with us throughout the journey. We have since sold it for a profit. About 1 year ago, I purchased a historic brownstone in a landmark neighborhood. I hired Frank’s firm again to design and produce full scope design & construction documents for permit. Without any formal objections, they were approved quickly and we started construction in record timing. In the past year Frank’s team has assisted us in all the changes along the way based on the challenges of renovating such an old structure with new plumbing, heating and air conditioning while simultaneously preserving the delicate and historic interior architectural detailing. He continues to visit the project on schedule in order to maintain the integrity of the design’s final outcome! I would recommend Franks firm to anyone pursing a similar project and look forward to project completion.

We have known Frank for over 10 years due to his architectural involvement in the annual NYC Pride Pier events permitting process. Last year we bought an older, one family home at a foreclosure auction. We intended to renovate the home and sell it when completed. The house needed quite a bit of work, including removal of walls and shoring up of the foundation. We hired Frank’s company to produce architectural & structural permitting plans. These plans were submitted to the local municipality and approved. Frank's team was also helpful with some minor details pertaining to inspections and existing conditions. On every project there are always bumps along the road and Frank's firm stayed with us throughout the journey to completion. When the house was put on the market, it was very well received. Within days we had several offers at asking price, and OVER asking price!. Currently, we are under contract and expect to close shortly. We would recommend Frank's firm for any similar remodeling project and plan on using him again for our next investment project.
