I always have a good experience with Fred and Bill. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been referring clients to JR’s for years and I have never been disappointed.

This is our second project with Jr's company. I must say that Fred McClellan Jr. (the owner) did not in any way disappoint us. He, once again, provided us with a fair and accurate project cost estimate and true start and end dates for our renovation. Our project required careful coordination of flooring installer, carpenters, painters and an excellent plumber. Fred responsibly scheduled .... various crew projects, material delivery, and constantly insured job site dust and floor protection. We very highly recommend Jr.'s company to anyone who requires a high quality outcome to a planned home renovation project.

We hired Fred for several remodeling projects. These included installing tile and wood flooring in the first floor and stairs, remodeling the entire kitchen, finishing the basement, and redoing the front porch railings and posts. Each project was a very positive experience both in the planning phase and during construction. Fred is great to work with in discussing and evaluating ideas, in offering very knowledgeable advice during the planning phase, and in seeing the project through from start to finish. His crews are highly skilled, and clearly take pride in their work and are very patient and helpful in answering any questions or concerns during the course of the project. We have been very satisfied with the results and fair price. We have received many compliments from friends and family who have seen the transformations.

We couldn't be more pleased with the great job that JR's did with installing a custom backsplash in our kitchen! Both Fred and Bill were very easy to work with, and took lots of time to answer our questions and make sure we were satisfied throughout the process. They have one of the largest selections of tile in the area, and in fact they were the only place either locally or on-line where we found exactly the right tile and glass mosaic for our kitchen. Dave did an excellent job with the install: very careful and meticulous, always asking us how we would like various details to be handled, and made sure that we were happy. On top of all this, they did the job for a very competitive price. We highly recommend JR's!

I was very pleased with the work he and his crew did in renovating two bathrooms for me. They were efficient, careful, and very professional and left us with bathrooms I enjoy every time I use them. I plan to employ them to redo my kitchen when the time comes because they were so efficient in getting the job done with the least interference in the family's routine.

We did an extensive remodel in 2008, and Fred and his crew did all of the floors. The quality of the flooring (hardwoods, tile, carpet) were all excellent, and we've gone back several times on other projects (a massive addition in 2010, a new basement floor in 2014, re-grouting tile) and we've always been pleased with the choices in the showroom and the professionalism of the installers.

We recently completed major renovations in our home and subcontracted with Jr's for our tile work through out the project. I can not say enough of how pleased we were with their work-from the assistance with selection of materials, to accommodating our needs in scheduling the tile work around other contractors work, to the craftsmanship and professionalism of all their employees-we give them the highest ranking possible. Being new to the area we selected JR's after doing some research and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Fred treated us like we had been life-long customers which means a lot as we have moved several times and have had the unfortunate experiences in the past of the "locals experience" and the "newcomer experience". We had Fred install a stone back-splash in our kitchen. His crew were timely & professional. They were respectful of where the debris was going during the install and cleaned the kitchen & surrounding surfaces as well as our driveway where they had cut the stone. Would & have recommended JR's as our choice for tile & flooring installs or re-modeling efforts and would not hesitate in using him again.

Although it's been some time since you did work for me, I remember that your workmen were very helpful & efficient in repairing my carpet that had been damaged by a water leak.

As a do it your seller, my wife and I went to JR's just for a kerdi shower system and got a very nice and helpful design experience! Fred continued to be very helpful when I had questions regarding installation.
