Frombthe get go we should of fired this builder. We were sent three certified letters in the mail from leins that would be placed on our property from the concrete company. Trey evidently was paying perter to pay Paul. It eventually was cleard up. It was an eye opener has how the rest of the build with this company. Over budget, lighting fixtures surged for months, ac went out 3 months into it because it was over charged, the ac didn't blow at all in the master part of the house at another point. Mold grew on our shelving in or pantry because the house was left open to the elements. Finish concrete has pits and stain marks to this day. plumbing had to be moved because toilets were on the wall, or pipes were showing from the outside slab. They knowingly installed a bathtub that was damaged. If I had to do it all over again, I would of fired Trey from the start or not hired him at all.

We got an amazing custom home built that is fully ADA compatible! It is both functional and beautiful. GAP Custom Homes is a family owned business, with one stop shopping! Trey and Stephen built an amazing, quality home. Trey’s sister, Kristin, is the office manager and works hard to keep draws/financial up to date. Trey’s wife Whitney is a real estate broker and sold our house while we were waiting for the new one to finish. And, Trey’s mom, Karen, is in interior design and helped us make beautiful selections!

The guys at Gap Custom Homes are top notch professionals. They built our home in 2018 and were there to work with us through every detail of our custom home, every step of the way. They were always just a phone call away for any issues or questions we may have had. We meet with several home builders before signing with Gap and it couldn’t have been a better decision. I highly recommend them to all of my family and friends for any builds or remodels. Best custom home builders! I have worked with them on numerous projects throughout the years. They know what it takes to build a unique, solid home. They are up-front and honest, so if that's not your thing then maybe they are not the guys for you. They work only by referral, which speaks volumes to their reputation.
