I have used Steel city Doors several times now. The first time I just needed new spring on my old wooden door. They were quick and efficient performed the repair absolutely perfect with a low price. I called them again few weeks ago when I need to replace my garage door. Once again they arrived on time left me estimate that was beat any other local company , perform the job perfectly and installed my new garage door. Love to work with a real pro!

The technicians are professional and courteous however the owner is rude, disrespectful and flat out abusive in tone. I had actually placed an order for a 2nd door for my mother’s house. In the process, I reached out to the company because they had my own door at my residence listed incorrectly as a 2 “layer door rather than the 3 layer door I had installed since there is a warrant difference. I sent pictures and documentation verifying that I had a 3 layer door. The technician called me back with the owner conferenced in. When I asked the owner if he could send me documentation reflecting the correction, he began yelling at me and told me “I don’t know what you expect a from me. You’re taking up my time and I’m busy. If you don’t want to by a 2nd door from I don’t care”. When I asked him why he was speaking to me that way he continued being rude. advised him I gave a professional reference to a REMAX and I was canceling my order and calling REMAX to share my experience.

What a great company! You can tell that they pride themselves in customer service. They answer the phone quickly, they set up the appointment the same day, they ordered the parts right away, and then returned within a few days and quickly took care of our issues! Our garage door works perfectly now and it moves even smoother than before! Thanks again to the team at Steel City Garage Doors! We really appreciated your help!

Fantastic and quick service! My garage door cable came loose and I called Steel City Garage doors after a referral from my neighbor who used them to install her new garage doors (they look amazing). They were very quick to respond to me, they arrived in a timely fashion, and fixed my door! They were very courteous and knew what they were doing. Came out the next day (on a weekend) and got our door fixed with no problems. They even noticed that we didn't have the proper sized springs on our door and they helped to make sure the repair was done with the properly sized parts! Above and beyond!!!

I really appreciate not being taken advantage of. Last week I couldn’t get my garage door open to save my life. My neighbor tried to help but again no luck. I called Steel City and explained to them my problem. They came out and quickly diagnosed my problem. I just feel that from start to finish they were extremely professional.
