I am sorry to hear that. However, Mandi has been on leave since end of June and her emails state this along with providing clients contact information for others in our office. Her emails are also forwarded to me until her return in mid October. I have not received any correspondence from you or your wife since Mandi's departure either by email or phone. Had I known there were any issues we would have resolved them promptly. In fact, as you may recall, we replaced 3 Oakleaf Hydrangea on June 22 and have not heard anything from you folks since. Since we are not maintaining your property, I am not aware of any other issues with the garden or lawn. You indicated that there was quack grass growing in the spots where seeding had taken place earlier this spring. When there is spring seeding, chemical controls are not applied at the time of seeding as it will not allow the new seed to sprout. If you are on a program for fertilization or lawn care treatments whether you do this yourself or with another company, once the seed sprouted and grew in (that is the grass seed that was planted) lawn care applications should have taken care of any crabgrass that would have grown in beginning in early July. I would have to take a look at the areas and would be glad to do so to see what can be done now to resolve this. Had you just contacted us we would have been responsive just as we were with the replacement of the hydrangeas. Our reputation is important to us and to be fair, if we are not aware of an issue it's difficult to address and resolve it.
