I hired Genay with a very specific problem and budget. We have plenty of square footage in the combined laundry room, pantry/throw room and kitchen, however I only had one finished area of the kitchen. I needed a design that would provide cabinetry and usable space. I needed a spot for my refrigerator and a place for everything. She gave me the plan and confidence to change walls and order cabinets blending what I had with what I needed so I could stay on budget and use old things that I had and love. The result was amazing!!!! We LOVE our new Laundry room and our large eat-in kitchen. She charged a set price and continues to work with me on the areas in our contract. I love working with her.
