Mark and his team were exceptional from first interaction (August 2012) right the way through to finishing the project (Nov 2014) and even queries 12months afterwards. He took our brief of what we wanted to achieve by blending a 1950's house into a modern extension, and delivered sketches incorporating our ideas as well as his unique designs and expertise, and translated them into the DA and CC without any issues/questions.. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and with my attention to detail - nothing was too hard for him, and always made himself available. The tender process was streamlined and Mark was fully engaged with our builder, even though we didn't engage him on a PM basis - Mark went beyond his brief to ensure the project was delivered to an exceptionally high standard. i would recommend Mark and his team without any hesitation.

Mark Broadley and his team at GTA provided an excellent, considered, responsive and creative service for a complex project with two separate clients, with the result that the building won several state and national building awards, and we continue to enjoy a first class home, and ongoing relationship with Mark (who has since worked with us on other major projects). Mark has great photos - I don't have access at present but they tell the story well. Mark was a thoughtful and considerate adviser, and assisted with the inevitable cost saving measures throughout. The builders relied substantially upon his close project management, to an extent which went beyond his contracted brief. Mark and his team are fair and generous with their time and ideas and I wouldn't hesitate to use GTA again, nor to recommend them.
