We are renting a carriage house owned by Grand Bay Construction while the owner builds his real home on the same site. It is beautiful. The details in both the home and the carriage house are lovely, from the flooring to the decks to the creative exterior, roofing, no detail is ordinary. The workers show up daily and the job site remains cleaned up and trash free. They are respectful that we are renting on this site. I believe Chris Burch and his team construct unique, solid, one-of-a-kind homes that you will be so proud of. There are builders and then there are creative artists who happen to build homes. Chris Burch is the latter.
