I met Greg Boyer in 2012 when I bought the house he built and was living in located in Cordillera Ranch. My wife and I looked at about 20 houses before we decided on Greg's. After looking at a lot of other houses this house just stood out. The quality of construction and attention to details were a very high standard. In 2014 we decided to do a major addition to our house by adding 2 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a media room, office, pool and a large trophy room. Working with Greg throughout the process was a great experience. He was onsite most days, very informative, and genuinely concerned that the project was completed on time, within budget and that we were pleased with the completed project. I would not hesitate to recommend Greg to someone that was looking to build a house or an addition on an existing house.

Boyer Custom Homes has built 5 of my offices ranging in value of $600,000 - $2,750,000. When I first met with Boyer Custom Homes they were somewhat concerned that I had already met with the architect. Greg (Boyer Custom Homes) wanted to be present from the beginning. I wasn't sure why but I later found out the importance. Greg was able to take my vision, budget and ideas and have the architect express them on paper. In addition he was assuring that my dream also fell within my budget. We spent the necessary time together, up front, to make all of my selections. Once all of the selections were made we picked the appropriate contractors together. I thought that the process was going to be very involved and time consuming. Although it was, Greg made sure that it wasn't for me. Since we spent the time up front, Greg spent countless hours with the contractors letting them know what I wanted. When construction began there were no suprises for me, the contractors, the architect or Greg. As issues came up (they always do), we always went back to the initial discussions initiated by Greg and all was resolved quickly and efficiently. Greg monitored every detail of construction, financing and updating me so I could focus on my business. I had several change orders and Boyer Custom Homes integrated them seemlessly. I can go on and on about the details and follow up after construction but the truth is there are only a couple of items anyone is interested in. They are Honesty, Integrity, Commitment and Professionalism. These are just a few of the adjectives that I would use to describe Boyer Custom Homes. It is rather obvious that I have been very satisfied as he has built five of my offices.

From the moment we met with Greg Boyer, we quickly realized the depth of knowledge and ingenuity he would bring to the table. More importantly, his trustworthiness and integrity are his paramount personal attributes. While our home was under construction for in Garden Ridge, TX, we lived the entire time in Ohio travelling to Texas to choose colors, appliances, fixtures, etc. We also had a separate company build the pool, which Greg ensured integrated well with our home's construction. Since we weren't in town, Greg hosted regular phone conferences to keep us apprised of the project. The home was extremely well built. While working thru the very short "punch list", we had the pleasure of meeting some of the subs and they were all very professional and highly responsive. We ended up living there for 3.5 years and never had any issue whatsoever regarding any part of the house. Greg is definitely a superb, responsive and cordial home builder and will ensure his customers' project proceeds smoothly.

Boyer Custom Homes built our last two homes. We purposefully used Greg Boyer because of our trust in the family's reputation, his business skills, recommendations from friends, and our satisfaction with the initial home. I'll admit, I'm a builder's nightmare. I've done extensive construction myself and my standards are unreasonably high. Still, we maintained a cordial, professional and friendly atmosphere throughout the building process. I got exactly what I wanted and more. Greg closely controls the building process and carefully selects and supervises the sub-contractors. Our second home is now six years old and in magnificent shape. I was especially impressed with the framing, electrical wiring, drywall and painting. Our custom cabinets also get rave reviews and the architectural enhancements (niches, molding, arches, etc.) give the home a very custom look. He is especially protective of the property - especially the trees. Every concern we had during the building process was immediately addressed and nothing has required attention since. My wife and I give Boyer Custom Homes (an Greg Boyer) our very highest recommendation.
