Hallwood Furniture

Hallwood Furniture was started in 1981 by Graham & Helen Smith. They took over The Old Stables yard in Kettering, Northamptonshire, opening the business as a bespoke joinery company called J.G. Smith Joinery, making windows, doors, and custom woodwork for the people of the surrounding area. The company continued to grow, and in the early 90's the yard was expanded to allow more manufacturing and showroom space. The joinery company evolved into Hallwood Furniture after a huge demand for handmade kitchens. This became the lifeblood of the company. Handmade Kitchens are the hallmark of Hallwood Furniture, and will continue to be as we grow and expand into 2017. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and our ability to solve most issues in our clients' homes, big or small. Alongside our completely bespoke kitchen offering, we also create studies, wine rooms, bathrooms, bars and living spaces for our clients. We even created the Tack Room Bar for our friends at Warner Edwards Distillery. Our rich history is due to our passion for beautiful furniture. We have exported to mainland Europe and the USA, which continues to this day.
