It was a pleasure to work with David and Robin while renovating our home. David listened and understood what we wanted and worked with us to develop the perfect plans. Our reno included pushing out the back of the house to enlarge the kitchen and master bath and add a mud room and full bath. In addition, the hall bath was renovated and the existing three-season room was transformed into a vaulted family room. Robin helped us with the planning and design of the bathroom, kitchens and designed shelves for around the living room fireplace and for the laundry. The professionals she brought us to for tile, cabinets, faucets etc. were also very helpful. We highly recommend both David and Robin!

David and Robin are absolutely amazing! They helped my husband and I remodel our condo in Jersey City which wasn’t an easy task dealing with all the restrictions and regulations in a highrise building. They were extremely professional, responsive, and super friendly! They helped us convert our two bedroom into a three bedroom in addition to remodeling our kitchen and two bathrooms. David’s drawings were extremely detailed and passed the approval process with our building and the city on the first go! Robin helped me a lot with designing my kitchen and bathrooms and introduced us to amazing vendors. I highly recommend these two and plan on using them for future projects!!

As an interior designer, I have had the privilege of working with David Bailey of Forefront Designs. He is a talented architect who is a joy to work with for both client and professional. He is a great listener and has the ability for taking a clients' "wish list" and turn it into an architectural reality. We have worked on residential projects both large and small and he gives the same attention to detail regardless of the budget and scope of project. I enjoy the collaboration, which leads to a better design and experience throughout the project. I highly recommend David's Company. On a side note, his construction documents are clean and easy to read, with color photos of existing conditions. This is an indicator of how organized his projects are and helps in visualization for both professional and clients alike.

David and Robin helped me look at my options differently. Through the use of color, textures and some new fixtures my apartment is more open, more inviting and more sophisticated. I hired Forefront to draw up plans for designing a kitchen renovation and adding a front porch. The job included pushing out the back of the house to increase the kitchen space, renovating a bath attached to the kitchen, and submitting the plans to the town for a zoning variance. The plans were well designed and executed. During the zoning review, the committee complimented the design and commented that the changes were a benefit to the look of the town. We still receive compliments on the design, and most visitors think the porch was always there. I would use David again, and I would most definitely recommend Forefront to anyone looking for an architect.
