We facilitate the Approved Professional Builder Program, The Southern Home and Garden Show, The Sales and Marketing Council of the Upstate (SMC), Professional Women in Building Council (PWB), and The Bridge Awards for Craftsmanship and Sales and Marketing.
Services Provided
We are your neighbors and community leaders providing education and support for building industry professionals. We create jobs, encourage home ownership and promote responsible growth throughout the upstate of South Carolina. Founded on January 16, 1960. The association was officially organized and chartered as an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders on that date in 1960.
Areas Served
Greenville, Laurens, and Pickens Counties with a student chapter at Clemson University.
