Since 1984, our company, H.D.F. Painting, Inc. (formerly Frost Painting) has been providing professional painting services for clients in New England, as far north as Boothbay Harbor, Maine and south to Bristol, Rhode Island. A local painting company in Concord Massachusetts , our focus is residential homes with a mix of light commercial work (property management companies, schools, hospitals, etc). Our motto, “The Fine Art Of Painting,” is on display daily with our workmanship and commitment to excellence.

H.D.F. Painting was selected to paint the Clara Sexton House in Billerica. The house is a 1724 colonial that has been modified over the years. The house is home to the Billerica Historical Society. The paint was in deplorable condition. H.D.F. Painting scraped, primed, and sanded the clapboards and trim to remove all the loose paint. The crew also replaced and damaged clapboards and repaired any rot areas that were cosmetic. The crews of painters are very knowledgeable of the craft, and are very easy to work with. The all have very pleasant dispositions. We as the society are grateful for their professionalism and dedication to doing a superior job. We highly recommend.

We've hired Dan and his crew on two occasions, one exterior and one interior job. We were extremely pleased both times! Dan has a relaxed, warm demeanor; he is 100% trustworthy. He also hires painters who are true craftsmen; the bonus is that they're personable and respectful, too - a pleasure to have in one's home. Working with Dan and crew, we felt like our painting projects were partnerships. Highly recommend!

I chose H.D.F. Painting to paint my new custom home back in 2008, both inside and outside. Dan and his team were an absolute joy to work with throughout the entire process. If you've ever built a custom home (our dream home) you understand how difficult and stressful this can be. Dan made this part of the project enjoyable and you could not ask for a higher level of quality and professionalism. I know the builder also felt the same way. I looked no further when I needed some touch ups this past year. I will never use any other company. They are the best. Thank you Dan!

Dan and his team did a great job repainting a large master bath and closets, including cabinets and woodwork, doing other interior painting touchups and repairs, and prepping and repainting areas of our house and garage exterior. Very good on deadlines, communicating with the customer and working around our schedule and needs. Attention to detail and very high quality work are what you will get with Frost Painting!

We hired Dan Frost to paint our new barn. He and his team were attentive to detail, very clean, courteous of my property, and always on time. He did such a great job that we also hired him to work on our house. He and his team did a great job there, too. I will always call Dan first for any of my inside or outside painting needs.

I hired Dan and his painters to finish a paint job that I had started at my townhouse - I had them basically come in and do all the hard work - all of the areas that were very high up, 2 staircases and a hallway. Not only was the price EXTRAORDINARLY fair, they had the job done in half the time expected, at the highest of qualities, and actually painted an extra hallway that I didnt expect them to do. Take it from someone that has spent over $40,000 in renovations on my townhouse, the money that was sent to Dan and his crew was by far the best value out of every dollar spent

Frost is a well respected painting contractor in the Metro/West area . They hire only highly skilled craftsman that take great pride in there work. Dan is always taking his jobs to the next level and will do what ever it takes to make the client happy. Our two companies have worked together on many jobs and his crew is always neat and clean in everything they do. I would highly recommend them for some one that is looking for a very professional job.

I am a designer in Chestnut Hill, MA and have worked with a number of painters. Frost Painting has been exceptional. Not only excellent painters, Dan is very open to mixing paints, painting samples prior to the final painting and adjusting colors. I think this is critical in a painter's job description though most do not want to take the time. Colors can be very different from the sample chips in different rooms with different light and I am insistent on seeing beforehand. A pleasure to work with, Dan comes with my highest recommendation.

I highly recommend Frost Painting! We have used Frost Painting for a variety of interior and exterior painting jobs over the past fifteen years. Work was always begun when promised and the job completed in a timely manner. The quality of the work on each and every job was excellent. We have been pleased with both the interior job and exterior house painting done by Dan Frost and his team. Dan was responsive (returning phone calls and emails quickly), neat, organized and the quality of the work was excellent. The clean up after the painting was great. Lastly, Dan showed up when he said he would and the job took the length of time estimated. We are very pleased with Dan Frost and will use him again.

I hired Frost Painting to paint the exterior of my home about four years ago. He sent a group of experienced and energetic young men to complete the work,and they did an excellent job! We had a few mitigation issues and the company returned and completed them in a timely manner. The entire job was completed withing the original quote. The work has held up and the entire experience was professional and enjoyable! I highly recommend Frost Painting - and I will use them again when I have painting needs!

We bought a house a year ago that needed complete painting inside and out in short amount of time. The house had not been painted in about 10 years; Frost Painting did a great job and completed the entire project in about 3 weeks. I also wanted wall paper hung and they found great guys to do that as well. Staff were friendly and professional.

Dan Frost of Frost Enterprises Group has been in the field for over 25 years. His business is top notch, highly professional, and the quality of the workmanship is superior. Most importantly he hires, trains, and supervises his staff so as a homeowner or business, one feels completely comfortable having his crew working even if you aren't home. The crew is hardworking and meticulous along with excellent painting skills. I highly reccommend Frost Painting for big or small jobs inside and outside. You will be completely satisfied!

Great quality work. We had a lot of wood repair and that was well done. The paint color went from a deep raspberry to light grey and the coverage is terrific. They were easy to have around and finished in a timely fashion. Had suggestions for trim work that we would not have thought of.....could be the best paint job we have ever had!

I have used this company for multiple projects on the school campus. Each interaction with the owner and employees has always been very professional. The quality of work has always been top notch and the attention to detail is very strong. I have worked with Frost Enterprises Group (Frost Painting) several times in the past. The company follows the lead set by it's founder and president, Dan Frost who is the ultimate professional. If you have worked with college run companies or those where you may need an interpreter to get updates on your home project then you understand the problems that run through this industry. Frost Enterprises (Frost Painting) is one of the most professional in the industry. Dan has set the bar high and delivers what he promises. You won't find anyone in this industry with higher integrity! I highly recommend Frost for any painting job you need whether commercial or residential.

Dan Frost and Frost Enterprises has done several painting jobs for us: complete exterior of our house, including refinishing our deck painted custom-made kitchen cabinets painted numerous rooms in our house after two different additions. The quality of the work was excellent, and Dan is a very personable, really nice guy to work with. I don't have much experience with different painters, but his pricing seems very reasonable.

Frost Painting handled a large job for one of my client projects - painting 4+ large rooms, including ceilings, trim, and new custom millwork. They did an excellent job. I really appreciated that they were happy to sample my color selections on boards in the space before allowing me final approval to proceed with applying color. I highly recommend!
