When we decided to change our log burning fireplace to gas we went to Hearth Manor for no other reason than it was a local business. Liz was very helpful and instrumental in us selecting the gas insert we wanted. We then had excellent help from the installer, Chris Fernandes. He was very conscientious as to our satisfaction with the entire installation and work collaborative with us to make sure we were satisfied with the end result. The final product exceeded our expectations. Great job we would highly recommend Hearth Manor.

We needed a fire grate so we ordered from a large home delivery company and were very disappointed. Off we went to Hearth Manor and within minutes Liz showed us the perfect grate. That personal touch can never be replaced and I also bought some other cute things for our home. This is the better way to shop. P.S. our 20 year old fireplace screen also purchased at Hearth Manor still looks brand new.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Hearth Manor! I ordered a Napoleon fireplace online during Covid, when everything was shut down. Even during the challenging times of lockdowns and closures, the customer service and follow up at Hearth Manor was exceptional! Sim was very helpful, prompt and friendly and she was truly a gem to deal with. When I picked up my fireplace, I was able to see the showroom, where they had a lot of amazing merchandise and a showroom to showcase their wonderful designs. Everyone there was super kind and genuine. I would highly recommend Hearth Manor and I can guarantee you will be treated like family! Thanks for everything!

I came across Hearth Manor while looking online for an heirloom fire pit, something that would last beyond the box store 1-2 year life expectancy. The reviews were stellar across the board and their reputation seemed too good to be true! I decided to reach out and see for myself. I left a message for them to contact me at their earliest convenience to discuss my needs. They promptly returned my call and answered all my questions regarding the products they carry and offered helpful suggestions regarding useful accessories, etc... I took the plunge and ordered an Iron Embers Octagonal Cottager with spark screen. My fire pit is due to arrive in the next few weeks and I can't wait to add this lovely element to our backyard. My little family will definitely make good use of it during our time of isolation. Thank you folks at Hearth Manor for your professional courtesy and quick turnaround in these trying times. Great Service and Integrity... These folks care about doing a great job for you and standby their products. Had a fireplace screen/door custom fabricated... Absolutely beautifully done with high quality materials. The artisans which came to my home were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. "Liz" and "The Crew"... maintain a very professional and personable business which is not found in many businesses today given the "big box stores" with their generic products and impersonal attitudes, which lack the quality and artisanship which Hearth Manor offers. I recommend Hearth Manor Design Group most highly. They are simply amazing! This team puts customers first. They have the knowledge and experience to assess options not only based on looks, but also on functionality and safety requirements. From the moment I called them to ask for advice about replacing an old gas fireplace insert in my office, they demonstrated a keen interest in my needs, budget, design style, and safety. After extensive review with them to discuss the options, I ended up ordering a Valor Legend 3G.5 gas fireplace. I ordered in October 2020 during the pandemic and expected to wait at least six months due to backorders. However, the team was very proactive about wanting to ensure that it was installed earlier. They recommended some enhancements and offered me excellent value for the upgrade in the logs, finish, and glass. I am now thrilled to have my fireplace running quietly, safely, and consistently. The installer did an outstanding job and I am very happy. I do not have to work in my office with a parka and gloves anymore! The Hearth Manor team cares about what they do, and they do it so well. Just spent the afternoon with the owner we had so much fun! She showed me all the antiques and so many of them from new York! She helped me find a chest for my front door which looks fantastic with a lantern on it very cozy love it! Problem is you will want to buy everything in the store! Susy

Totally satisfied. Our particular installation was a bit complicated, yet the installer tackled the problem with competence and resolve. The entire installation was finished in two stages, the first being installation of vent pipes in the chimney flue, the second the fireplace insert itself. Throughout our dealings with Hearth Manor we appreciated the friendliness of staff and owner alike. Come on winter! We're ready for you!

We ordered a custom fireplace screen a few weeks before Christmas. We had safety concerns for our 15 month old nephew. Liz assured us it would be safe and delivered before Christmas. It was on time and safe. No hot metal and is strong. It is beautiful and fits perfectly. Very happy with purchase.

We recently had a Valor Gas Fireplace installed by Hearth Manor. Our overall experience was very positive beginning with our visit to the showroom. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. The professionals who installed the insert arrived at the appointed hour and immediately lay down protective floor coverings. The work site was kept tidy and organized. They encountered and overcame some difficulties in running the gas line and the fireplace vents. Upon completion that afternoon they explained the operation of the unit and gave us some tips on final touches to the decor. The work quality and the professionalism was very much appreciated. The project came in on budget.

Bought Town & Country linear fireplace. Had it fixed once for approximately $1000 one year ago but fireplace not working again and Hearth Manor not helpful finding service technician to remedy. Seems Town & Country not serviced by some service companies and one recommended by Hearth Manor won’t respond. Very disappointing. I’ve been trying to contact Hearth Manor for weeks now asking for options. They won’t respond. So frustrating and disappointing.
