After getting quotes on a new wood stove insert from possibly every single dealer in town, Aaron with Home and Hearth gave us the best bang for the buck. Not only do they sell the stove, they also sell the install as well. Bonus is they also do military discounts as well, so being a Veteran this was awesome. I explained to Aaron after receiving the quote for the job in June, it would be a few months before we purchased, as we had to save up the funds to do the job since we were not going to finance this. Aaron had no problem with that and told us that our quote wold be good for awhile and to just touch base occasionally with him. We did just that. When the time came to purchase and have it installed, they break the payment up into 2 installments; one for before the job and one for after the install is complete and we were completely satisfied. The install crew did an amazing job with removing our old insert and stove pipe and replacing everything with new material. The only down side was that they didn't take into consideration a kick plate for my new stove. This was not a problem for Aaron. He had his shop fabricate a new kick plate for us free of charge and in a few weeks they came back out to install that. All in all, this company knows how to take care of their customers. I will recommend them to anyone I know wanting a new stove installed. Thank you Aaron and team for an awesome customer experience.

In 2010 we hired hearth and home outfitters to put in an Eiklor Mombo system. Which I had researched and found. After calling Eiklor I was directed to hearth and home as their local supplier. As I recall the experience was good. The system & installation cost us $9856. However, now when I call to schedule an appointment to get the system cleaned and maintained, I was told they couldn’t do that!!! I reviewed my paperwork and called Eiklor to get a list of companies that sold their products in the Denver area. I also learned that in order to maintain our warrantee the system would need to be serviced and maintained by an official Eiklor dealer. I called hearth and home back and after giving Holly this information, she reluctantly set up a date and said, “oh by the way it will be $500 to come to your home.” I called the other Eiklor dealers in the Denver area and found one who was more than happy to come up to Evergreen for a lot less money!!! So when it comes time to buying inserts for other two fireplaces, I certainly will not be calling Hearth and Home. Customer Service is everything!!!

Asahel was very knowledgeable and his work is outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone. He knows a lot about gas fireplaces. Excellent work.

Aaron and his team helped us fit a Q1 gas insert into our Wash Park home that was built in 1908. He offered us great insight as to what would fit, and how it would compliment the bungalow feel of our home. When Home and Hearth Outfitters came to our home for the first fitting, they were very straightforward with our options. I cross referenced their recommendations online to other resources, and found that they were spot on their assessment. Although we were limited to only one size, due to the small capacity of our existing fireplace, we were able to pick the accessories which complimented our decor the best. Aaron also recommended an electrician, with whom we hired to wire our fireplace for the installation. The electrician was also well versed in the installation of the gas fireplaces, and did a quick, timely, and clean job of routing electricity -- keeping in mind that the house is circa 1908. The installation crew were on time, courteous, and clean. I am very happy with our new fireplace (we use it daily now), and the customer service we received. Their installer, Brian, is great to work with because he's always on-time and gets the job done, no matter the difficulty of the work. His knowledge and insight helps with fireplace design development and installation, as he is able to make recommendations for the right product and specifications.

Just had a new Jotul gas heating stove installed by Hearth & Home and they were on time, patient with our questions, professional, tidy, very pleasant to hang out with while working, and thorough both in installing and explaining the new fireplace.

Home and Hearth Outfitters did a fantastic job on converting a dated, small gas fireplace in an upstairs sitting room. On time, reliable and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. We asked them to return to tweak a small problem and after doing some detective work, service rep Oscar, was able to fix the issue in no time. We have been pleased with everyone from the receptionist, the service manager and the installers. We highly recommend this company!

I ordered a Primo grill from Home and Hearth Outfitters. The delivery driver arrived promptly, and called me with enough notice so I could meet him at my house. With many companies, this in and of itself, could be considered a huge victory. My order was assembled promptly and rolled into my backyard. All pieces of the order were present and accounted for. Time for grillin' !

Would never use this company. Heath never returns calls, never updates on status in fact when I did get a hold of him he told me to call him back because his computer was down. Why wouldn't Heath call me back when his computer was up and running. Like I'm suppose to know when this will happen? Beyond the worst customer service, they installed the wrong gas fireplace insert and on top of that the glass media was incorrect as well. They had several people from their outfit come and look at the fireplace multiple times, so I find it hard to believe they didn't get this right. So they ordered another one. I kept following up to see when the replacement would be ready, since Heath would never follow up. 2 months later when the new one finally shows up, it was the same incorrect insert! So they take this one back. I go to their actual store and talk to Heath to make sure we will get the correct one this next go around. We wait another 2 months and STILL the wrong insert shows up yet Again! Unbelievable. Cancelled the order immediately and now will have to find a competent company to use. Over 5 months wasted. How can you be in business and not know what product you are ordering?!

We had a Jotul fireplace installed by Home and Hearth. It is beautiful. It lights up and completes an otherwise cold corner of our house. We now use the space frequently. Home and Hearth did a fantastic job. We had a few issues along the way, and they resolved each and every one in a timely manner and with a lot of patience. Thank you!
